Maintenance
1. Control System Maintenance
1.1 Check broken electrical wires and fix them
1.2 Check a power plug at the machine and fix it if it is broken
1.3 Check if switches are working normally
1.4 Check RPM control switch by selecting any RPM and check if the inverter screen shows the
same RPM as selected
1.5 Check the inverter by monitoring the screen. If there is any error, the screen will immediately
show causes of an error.
1.6 Check the Counter by completely turning the shaft axis for a round and check if the number
shown at the Counter matches.
1.7 Check the Foot Switch by stepping on it and check if the machine is working normally
1.8 Check the Motor Temperature at the screen if it is able to track motor temperature while it is
working
2. Motor Maintenance
2.1 Check the motor by looking at the Inverter screen. Current in ampere will be shown while the
motor is working. If the current is not usual, recheck the motor.
2.2 Check motor bearing. If there is a loud sound while working, remove the bearing and wash
with light diesel and reapply grease. If the bearing is broken, replace with a new one.
3. Power Transmission Maintenance
3.1 Check gear system. The gear must not have any fracture and wear mark.
3.2 Check driving chain. There must be no seizure or wear mark.
3.3 Check bearing. If the turning is not smooth, apply grease.
4. Metric System Maintenance
4.1 Check wind gauge if the hand on the gauge is working normally
4.2 Check wind pressure controller by turning the controller in front of the machine. The gauge
should point out the same value as adjusted.
4.3 Check the cylinder. If there is leakage, replace seal or O ring .
Solution to machine error
1. If mandrel brake is too weak, check relay and brake set
2. If mandrel can not move forward and backward, check foot switch and wiring
3. If mandrel round is inaccurate or mandrel is not running, check the belt and encoder
4. If roller press is weak, check wind system and solenoid valve
5. If the blade can not cut paper, check damaged mark on the blade and reset the blade
6. If the upper feeder is scraping with the coil wire, check and adjust at the wheel of the feeder
