I. Preface:
First of all, thank you for using our RXL-P self-adhesive labelling
machine, please be sure to read this manual in detail before using the
machine.
RXL-P self-adhesive labelling machine is specially designed and
manufactured according to the principle of automatic labelling and
technical requirements. That can be used alone, can also be used in line;
with a compact structure, light weight, simple operation, reliable operation,
easy maintenance, fast labelling speed, labelling smooth and beautiful
adaptability and other advantages, is the modern labelling machinery in the
best.
II. Performance:
RXL-P self-adhesive labelling machine can automatically stick the
label to the upper surface of the product and the specified position; in case
of lack of material, the control system ensures that the label will not be sent
to effectively prevent the waste of the label, and the labelling speed can be
adjusted steplessly according to the production characteristics of each
factory, so as to ensure that the machine can be used individually or in line
with other machines.
RXL-P self-adhesive labeling machine can be adapted to various
specifications, colours and materials of bottles, so the machine is widely
used in medicine, food, light industry, beverage, daily chemicals and other
industries.

Fourth, the use of labelling machines:
(i) Labelling
Remove the top cover of the label tray, press the roll label into the
fixed ring of the label tray, mount the top cover of the label tray, pull out
the label, and thread the roll label through the stop-label photoelectricity,
label peeling plate, pulling roll mechanism, and backing paper collection
tray in sequence according to the route indicated in the schematic diagram,
and the head of the label is fixed on the backing paper collection tray with

(ii) Adjustment of peeling port parallelism
The purpose is to make the peeling plate parallel to the roll-up mechanism
and the conveyor belt surface, so that the labels can be correctly applied in
parallel when labelling.

(iii) Labelling adjustments


Press to place the equipment into the labelling work area, adjust the plane
labelling adjustment handwheel to ensure that the distance between the
labelling head and the labelled plane is about 3MM.

(iv) Adjustment of photoelectric sensors (see annex)

Label head length: Set how many pulses the servo motor will continue
to run again when the label sensor senses the label slit passing by.
Missing sticker rejection delay time: set how long after the code
scanner sweeps NG the rejection cylinder starts to act.
Reject Time: Set the time of reject cylinder action.

(vi) Testing machines
A: Place the product into the labelling position before switching on
the machine to ensure that the product passes through smoothly.
B: Open the touch screen to enter the interface, click on the marking
test, reject the test Observe the marking, push the marking is correct. (You

can adjust each photoelectricity and set parameters to achieve the ideal
state)

V. Labelling machine faults and troubleshooting methods:

VI. Maintenance:
(i) Cleaning
Every day after the completion of the machine should be cleaned, conveyor
belt cleaning shall not be cleaned with oil to avoid aging, reducing the
service life, (three days or a week) with petroleum ether or anhydrous
sprinkle cleaning, cleaning to prevent the water solution from entering the
box, so as not to damage the electrical appliances.
(ii) Lubrication
1、Rolling bearings with 1# calcium-based grease (once every three months)
2、Other moving parts are lubricated with 32# oil (once every three days).
