Manual of Atomizer

Danger:
1. Movement or touch is forbidden when atomizer is working.
2. Wiring with electric is forbidden.
3. Wrong direction rotating of atomizer is forbidden, in case loosening of bolt.

Attention
1. Atomizer couldn’t connect into electric grid directly, or it will burn down
2. Atomizer couldn’t working without loading, in case atomizer burn down
3. When find hose break or leaking, and lead non-normal working of atomizer.
Maintenance staff should repair as soon as discover it, or it could rust.
4. Wells and groundwater is forbidden to use.
5. Before install, operate, inspect and maintain atomizer, it should read manual very
carefully.
6. Atomizer should connect with frequency converter, direct connection with grid is
forbidden
7. Atomizer should fixed onto atomizing cover, and there should have gasket
between them
8. Before running, it should make sure main axis is flexible.
9. Cooing water must be clean with good fluidity
10. Cooling water pipe joint couldn’t leaking, liquid material pipe joint couldn’t be
leaking, in case water or liquid enter atomizer construction.
11. The choice of frequency converter should support atomizer.
12. It should finish weld plug connection before running. Atomizer small than 5kw
should weld at 1,2,3 plug, 5kw-10kw should weld at 2,3,4 plug. Wiring between
atomizer and frequency converter as shorter as better, the wiring length couldn’t
beyond regulation of frequency converter.
13. Setting of frequency converter usually according to the manual of it. Setting of
reference frequency or corner frequency should according to V-F Curve in the
manual. Setting of operation frequency should according to max rotating speed
user need (frequency= rotating speed/60), setting value should within regular
value.
Rising speed time and reducing speed time could set between 20-25S (atomizer
bigger than 10kw could set at 50S), if Start-up current is bigger than Rated
Current, then it should lengthen start-up time, and should inspecting if main axis
is flexible.
Overload current should be 120% of rated current, Overload trip rating should be
100%, Overload trip delay time should be 5S. Setting of Carrier frequency should
according to atomizer’s power, atomizer below 10kw as 8KHZ, bigger than 10kw
as 5KHZ.

 Input/output Phase-failure protection should be at the function of frequency
converter which could protect atomizer.
14. It should running frequency converter without connect atomizer, test if voltage of
U, V, W three phrases could rising gradually with frequency .
15. Before formally running atomizer, it should start and close atomizer quickly to
make sure if rotating direction is same as arrow indication. If the direction is not
same, should stop and change frequency converter setting or change two lines of
U,V,W terminal.
16. If liquid drop into atomizer construction, should stop right away, and let
professional staff check. Insulation Resistance of wire package and shell should
＞50MΩ.
17. If there is abnormal situation happened after running, should stop and let
professional staff inspect, running again after problem be solved. If atomizer has
bigger vibration and noise in running, should change another bearing.
18. Loading after atomizer working stable, to promise good atomizing effect.
19. If there is abnormal in frequency converter display, should stop atomizer and do
the inspection. If frequency converter inspection is ok, then check if there is Break
phase, Stuck or Insulation problem happened.
20. When there has insulation problem between Stator and shell because of cooling
water/liquid leaking, it could dissemble main axis, bearing etc, and drying stator,
shell under 120℃
21. Movement is forbidden in working

Maintenance
First Assemble and Dissemble of atomizer
1. When need clean liquid distribution plate inside, it could use Wrench loose Hex
nuts, then Screwed on dedicated disassemble nut and use wrench fix the nut,,
turning screw under nut, and dissemble atomizing plate. Then use Allen wrench
dissemble liquid distribution plate, It could clean liquid distribution plate
thoroughly after turning cover left, separate motor and atomizer barrel by loose
4pcs screw. (please take reference of pic 1)
2. When in change bearing or maintain bearing, it should take notice the sequence
and direction. Dissemble of XH5-100 please take reference of pic2, dissemble of
XH150-500 please take reference of pic3. The whole dissemble process is not
allowed beating.
3. Assemble sequence should be converse of dissemble sequence, it should take
notice of every bearing’s position and sequence.

Second Maintenance
1. After long-term use, if the noise of atomizer is bigger, need to maintain or change
bearing
2. Dissembled bearing should soaking into 93# petrol for more than 15mins, and

 clean more than 5 times. Arbitrary rotating or threw is forbidden. After washing,
use clean white paper wrap it and drying under sun, then apply High-speed grease
onto it.
3. Application amount of high-speed grease should be properly, all grease should fill
into raceways, and it is better to fill 1/4 – 1/3 volume of bearing space.
4. Avoiding dust enter when re-assemble atomizer.
5. Atomizer adopt angular contact bearings, it must remember and indicate the
direction of bearing when dissemble, or bearing could be damaged soon.
6. There are two type of atomizer which use two bearings at one end (please take
reference of pic below), and between two bearing use Inside and outside the cage
to promise there’s certain gap between two bearings. When change bearing,
because every bearing has different gap, it must modify original cage to leave
some gap.
7. Maintaining method of cage, please take reference of pic below, it could add 50N
pressure along with arrow, modify thicker cage, when adding pressure, should
promise outer cage could moving with push, and another bearing outer cage could
moving along with it.
8. When change bearing, operator should clear about original bearing’s assemble
method, equip method, precision etc, and need to promise inner hole of bearing
have good coordination with axis, outer cage and shell.

Loose screw 1, remove attachments 2,3,4, loose attachment 9 by turning, loose screw
8, remove attachment 7, use plastic strip withstand top of attachment 6, beat gently
along with arrow direction of attachment 6, and remove it.

Loose screw 1, remove attachment 2,3,4, loose attachment 9 by turning, loose screw 8,
remove attachment 7, use two screw 10 screwing into hole of attachment 11 at the
same time, symmetric rotating 10, and attachment 11 will be removed, use plastic
plate withstand bottom of attachment 5, beat gently along with arrow direction, and
remove it.
