Ⅰ. Brief Introduction
The continuous feeding Chinese herbs grinding machine adopts materials of
stainless steel and aluminum alloy, and uses the hammer with whet wheel gear to
grind. Passing the net to filter, it can attain three kinds of grinding degrees, namely 60,
120, 180.
This type of machine has the characteristics of small physical volume, light
weight, high grinding effect, easy operation, economical and energy saving.
It is suitable for Chinese herbal medicine shops, hospital pharmacies, Chinese
herbal medicine processing plants, and beauty salons, etc.

Ⅲ. Instructions for Use
1. Turn off the power: open the upper cover of the grinding machine, and there
should be no matter in the pulverizing tank.
Wipe the pulverizing tank with medical alcohol for disinfection, and replace the mesh
screen according to the number of days the user would like to use.

2. Close the cover: tighten the nut attached to the pulverizing tank to avoid leakage of
pulverized material.

3. Turn on the power: plug the two ends of the power cord into the power supply and
the power socket of the grinding machine. The user can adjust the top vent size
according to the processing needs when using.

4.Start-up operation: turn on the switch and let the grinding machine run without any
materials for 1-2 minutes to observe whether there is any abnormality before
processing.

5.Put the receiving bags on the upper and lower ends of the discharge port, and then
gradually feed the pulverized material from the feeding port.

6.When the pulverized sound becomes uniform, it means that the material is
pulverized into powder and process is finished.

7.In order to extend the service life of the grinding machine, after continuous
operation for 2 hours, please stop the machine for 10 minutes at intervals, and then
restart the machine.

8. Turn off the switch: turn off the power (unplug the power cord), open the upper
cover, and clean the pulverizing tank with a brush. Scrub the machine with medical
alcohol and the mesh screen can be directly removed and cleaned.

Ⅴ. Notice
1. This machine is suitable for indoors with ambient temperature of -5 to +40,
relative humidity less than 90%, and no conductive dust and metal gas around.

2. The pulverized material must be fully dried. Wet or greasy Chinese medicine
should not be used to pulverize.

3. The pulverized material should be put into the crushing tank step by step, and the
hopper should be adjusted by vibration to enter the pulverized material so that there is
enough space for the granules to be fully pulverized.

4. This machine adopts the overheat protector device. If the pulverized material is
wet or excessively jams the pulverizing blade, the motor will not rotate and the
temperature will rise. Then the overheat protector will automatically cut off the power
supply, so please stop feeding immediately, turn off the switch, and then cut off the
power supply. Open the upper cover, remove the jammed material, then close the
upper cover and reuse it.

5. When operating, there should be no other unrelated items on the work surface. The
grinding machine must be placed on a stable surface. The power outlet should have a
reliable grounding wire. Do not pull the power cable hard to prevent the person from
tipping over and breaking the grinding machine.

6. When connecting to the power, if the motor does not rotate, you must cut off the
power supply to check whether the upper cover is closed or whether the power cord
plug is in good contact. If the motor still does not rotate, it must be repaired by a
professional.

7. In case of power line being worn (such as bare wire exposure, etc.), a dedicated
power cord must be used. Go to the local maintenance department to buy and replace
it.

8. During use, it is forbidden to open the upper cover or put the hand and other tools
into the powder tank to avoid mechanical or personal accidents. When the cover is
opened, the power cord must be unplugged to prevent personal injury caused by
touching the switch or the micro switch. It is strictly forbidden to wash the whole
machine crushing tank directly with water.

9. When the machine is not in use, it must be placed in a dry, clean and ventilated
place.
