CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The REAKTOR Potenziale | Open Call is to be advertised worldwide and
awarded regardless of nationality. The project concepts are to be submitted
using the relevant form posted at www.reaktor.art.
Past submissions to a previous REAKTOR Potenziale | Open Call do not
preclude the applicant from further submissions.
All submissions are to be made exclusively using the application form featu-
red on the Reaktor homepage.

1. Jury & Selection Process
The concepts to be implemented will be selected by the REAKTOR team.
The REAKTOR team will justify its choice of project to be realised. No corre-
spondence whatsoever will be entered into with the jury and/or the selecti-

Similarly, any analogue materials submitted will not be returned. The same

2. Exhibition
The work will be presented to the public following the opportunity to con-

for any damage that may be caused by the public or any third parties not as-
sociated with the REAKTOR. If prefabricated components or equipment are
to be delivered to the REAKTOR as part of the setup process, the REAKTOR
assumes no liability for the transportation to and from the REAKTOR.
The exhibition is to be staged on the REAKTOR premises. A production bud-

When implementing their works the artists are liable for maintaining the
REAKTOR premises intact, along with its fixtures and furnishings.
The REAKTOR associates events and contents of its own in-house pro-
gramme. Where applicable, the REAKTOR therefore reserves the right to
incorporate within a broader event context the concept realised as part of
the REAKTOR Potenziale | Open Call.
The REAKTOR does not undertake to ensure the conservation of the works
created once the exhibition has ended. Separate agreements may be rea-
ched depending on the size and structure of the works. Where applicable,
the artists will be given the opportunity to dismantle and remove their work
within a reasonable amount of time. If the dismantling and/or removal of
the work from the premises is not carried out within the time period speci-
fied above, the REAKTOR will arrange for the works to be removed from the
REAKTOR premises at the artists’ expense.

5. Confidentiality
We are bound by responsible data management and the fundamental princi-
ples set out in the European General Data Protection Regulation. We under-
take to treat personal data with absolute confidentiality. Any personal data
received as part of the submission process will not be passed on, sold on, or
used by a third party. The data will be used exclusively for the purposes of

the Open Call decision and to inform the artists about any amendments or
additions.
