SELF ORDER FULFILMENT AGREEMENT

We would like to confirm that as Supplier to OGN Online Sdn Bhd in its dropship platform KUMOTEN, we will be managing the
product inventory from our own warehouse and will be fulfilling each order in accordance to the rules herewith.

We agree to comply the following rules:

RULES

1. All orders must be fulfilled on the same day or latest by the end of the next working day.
2. "Fulfilled" means to ensure the parcel is well packed and delivered to PosLaju.
3. You are to ensure the parcel has been scanned received by PosLaju or at least have an acceptable proof that PosLaju has
received the parcel. In the event of dispute, this proof is crucial.
4. Do not insert any of your company name card, brochures, discount coupons into the parcel.
5. Do not contact the buyer for whatever reason unless with written approval from Kumoten.
6. Poaching Kumoten sellers or dropshippers to procure products from you directly is strictly prohibited. Non compliance in
this will result in immediate termination of supplier status in Kumoten and forfeiting all remaining security deposits.
7. Ensure all stock balances are up to date. Items which are sold out must be set to zero.
8. Ensure the correct SKU, accurate quantity and good quality products are packed according to the order.
9. Print the delivery consignment note only from Kumoten Supplier site. Do not use your own courier account or own
delivery.
10. Ensure the parcel is well packed with bubble wrap (except for clothings).
11. All other fraudulent acts are strictly prohibited.

We agree that in the event we fail to comply and/or breach any of the rules above, we agree to allow OGN ONLINE SDN BHD to
impose penalty on us each time any of the rules is breached. The penalty fee will be deducted from our security deposit which we
placed with OGN Online Sdn Bhd. On the event of 3rd non compliance, the security deposit balance will be forfeited and we will
not be allowed to list products on Kumoten. All existing products will be delisted.
