Please affix on this Admit Card two passport size photograph. Get the photographs attested
with seal by a Gazetted Officer or Principal of the College from where you have graduated or
is graduating. The Admit Card duly completed is to be produced at the test centre for
appearing in the test. Admit Card will be verified and signed by the Invigilator during the
test. The Invigilator will collect the Upper Half of the Admit Card and the Lower Half will be
handed over to you.

Dear Candidate,

You must bring this Admit Card duly completed along with Ball Point Pen, HB Pencils,
Eraser and Sharpener to the test centre.

You should reach the test centre / venue at the reporting time as mentioned overleaf.
Latecomers will not be permitted to appear in the test.

Candidates are not allowed to carry any papers, notes, books, calculator or mobile phones etc.
in the Test Centre Campus. Any candidate found using or in possession of such unauthorized
material or indulging in copying or adopting unfair means is liable to be summarily
disqualified.

After the examination is over, hand over the question booklet and answer sheet to the room
invigilator. DO NOT carry the question booklet or any part thereof outside the examination
hall. Doing so is a punishable offence.

Request for change of test centre / venue will not be entertained.

Candidate has to keep the lower part of the admit card with him / her after it is signed by the
Invigilator and to be brought along with him / her while appearing for the Interview, if short-
listed.

Any attempt to influence will lead to disqualification of candidature.
