The Membership Mile has four objectives:
1) To promote a year-round growth effort
2) To highlight and explain different roles in the growth process and encourage staff/teen
collaboration
3) To provide the resources around skill training and strategies to support growth
4) To link successful growth to enhanced depth, tying this campaign into other programmatic
initiatives

The Mile Marker


Display The Mile Marker poster in every BBYO office and at every regional event.

It will enable you to track your progress towards your goals for The Membership Mile and for Stand Up!.
 For each month, enter your targets for each category in the box provided.
 For each month, use the Notes section to identify any major programs or calendar events
(holidays, etc.) that will help you reach your targets. List out major strategies to be implemented
that month.
 Hold yourself accountable to the targets on The Mile Marker – if you are reaching them, identify
keys to success. If not, identify obstacles and address them.
