Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
At least 5 years' experience in delivering PSD solutions in the Metro or Rail environment.
Excellent understanding of Platform Screen Doors from a technical, installation and maintenance
view.
Job Responsibilities:
Acting as the Rail PSD systems expert you will work as the expert reviewing & project managing
all aspects around platform screen door technologies.
You will be required to:
Plan, schedule, co-ordinate and manage sub-contractor & suppliers to ensure all project
objectives and agreed milestones are achieved in accordance with project scope, budgets, safety
standards and customer expectations.
Represent PSD team in meetings and presentations
Responsible for all aspect of PSD design deliverables.
Provide engineering support to other divisions by checking, monitoring and verify submissions
and design studies.
Prepare co-ordinate and review monthly reports to PM
In charge of performing the PSD Test & Commissioning jointly with the contractors and Client.
Schedule Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Provide support to the field construction operations through the development of CPM schedules,
in conjunction with jobsite personnel
Provide Primavera P6 software training to field locations, as needed
Provide ongoing technical support for software and scheduling issues to jobsite personnel
Assist with the development and/or review of both pre-bid and post-award CPM schedules, per
owner requirements
Provide assistance to the jobsite personnel whenever major changes need to be incorporated into
a CPM schedule throughout the schedule updating time-frame
Periodic travel to the jobsite locations is required for developing schedules, to assist with
schedule modifications, and to provide Primavera P6 training for jobsite and regional office
personnel
Coordinate the Primavera P6 license purchases and distribution
Provide continual Administrative support (in conjunction with the IT department) to the P6 end-
users, corporate-wide, by providing or reconfiguring the P6 access information for either individual or
shared P6 licenses
Carry out job duties while maintaining Lane values

Qualifications:
BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
5+ years of experience in scheduling
Proficient in Primavera P6 Scheduling Software
Familiar with a variety of construction concepts, practices and procedures applicable in the
construction of major infrastructure projects
Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
River Engineer
Qualifications:
Licensed Civil Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in river engineering and flood control
projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the conduct of field investigation and collection of historical flood reports and supplemental
information on the existing condition of flood prone areas prevailing conditions of the river and
drainage systems, tentative identification of alternative flood mitigation measures
Responsible for the preparation of the Flood Control Plan
Assist the collection of pertinent data and conduct of field surveys (hydrographic, topographic,
drainage, structure, road survey, etc
Assist the identification of Planning Criteria and preparation of Preliminary and Detailed Design
Drawings with Cost Estimates.
Responsible for the technical analysis and location of proposed flood mitigation measures, i.e,
ring/embankment dike, check-gates, dredging, etc
Provide inputs to the required deliverables
Responsible for the preparation of Hydraulic Analysis which includes Rainfall Analysis, Runoff
Analysis, Flow Capacity Analysis and Inundation Analysis, including flood modelling.
Conduct inspection, investigation and /or assessment of the study are to determine the prevailing
condition of the river with emphasis on the hydraulic aspects of the project
Lead the conduct of the flood survey to locate the existing flood control systems and identify the
flood prone areas within the study area.
Assist the team in identifying the alternative flood mitigation measures
Plan and lead the collection of relevant information on historic flood occurrence, flood magnitude,
hydrology, climatic and meteorological conditions, etc.
Provide hydrological/hydraulic inputs including estimate of runoff discharge to the sub-project
areas and their tributaries for the planning and design of flood control structures, bridges,
drainage systems and other related structures
Consolidate and prepare the Final Hydrologist/Hydraulic Report of the project

Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor
and evaluate)
Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
Experience with e-learning platforms
MS Office proficiency
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignment and a strong

Stakeholder Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
About the opportunity Individual in this position will be assigned to the Terminal Area Package and
will have the responsibility to:
Support the Sr. Project Manager with coordinating and tracking stakeholder requirements
between the Airport program and the Department of Transportation, local Cities, municipalities,
Provincial Board of Bulacan local councils, and other governmental permitting non-environmental
agencies
Focus on ensuring the planning, design and construction work is coordinated with the
requirements of the agreement between the client and the Government
Prepare and update the stakeholder management plan and associated stakeholder matrices
Qualifications
At least 5 years above of experience in a design or construction management role on a large

A four-year college degree in engineering or construction management is required.
Materials Engineer
Qualifications:
At least 4 year post-secondary qualification in Civil or Chemical Engineering or Geology and a
member of a recognized professional body.
Must have at least 10 years practical post qualification experience in railway design, construction,
and maintenance. He must also have extensive experience in laboratory testing and sourcing of
railway construction materials.
Have a previous experience on railway projects in a developing country will be considered as an
advantage.
Have a strong communication skills: Verbal and Written (ENGLISH)

Social Environment Engineer (Resettlement) 5
Qualifications:
Graduated in any relevant courses
General working experience: Twenty (20) years or more
Experience in resettlement management for a project financed by a Japanese ODA Loan or
Multilateral Development Banks (MDB) for Fifteen (15) years or more
Experience in implementing land acquisition and resettlement projects in the Philippines for the
last five (5) years
Experience as Resettlement in at least one (1) land transport project of size > USD 500 million in
design and construction supervision stage
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the Employer in disseminating and explaining additional confirmed and identified land
acquisition issues to the public, including holding of public consultations.
Assist the Employer in preparing the answer to the request from ADB and JICA’s advisory
committee for social considerations if necessary.
Assist the Employer in conducting internal monitoring on land acquisition and report the progress
in monthly.
Assist the Employer in facilitating stakeholder’s participation throughout the land acquisition and
Resettlement activities.
Provide technical services for grievance redress committee and keep records.
