Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure on time and in budget delivery.
Maintain regular contact with project clients and other stakeholders to provide progress updates.

Contribute to the civil engineering design deliverables for the various parts of the project scope.
Prepare calculations, check and approve drawings and ensure compliance with applicable standards and
specifications.
Deliver Flood modelling of surface water flows and complete drainage designs.
Design, prepare and evaluate preliminary and final plans and specifications for a variety of road, bridge,
drainage and related public works projects, requiring professional engineering expertise.
Perform complex construction engineering work on assigned projects, including contract administration,
inspection, and coordination activities, ensuring that contractors meet proper standards, specifications,
cost control, and time requirements and reviews and approves change orders and progress payments.
Collect, organize, summarize and analyze a variety of technical engineering data, preparing appropriate
studies and reports.
Compute and verify land, earthwork, and other construction quantity calculations.
Complete the preparation of contract documents and specifications in accordance with State and local
requirements.
Plans, designs and analyzes data on civil engineering projects such as roads, airports, bridges, pipelines,
tunnels and water and sewage systems under limited supervision.
Prepares moderately complex studies, construction documents, drawings, maps, reports and supporting
documentation.
Communicates with clients regarding project issues.
Assists with defining scope of work, proposal production and implementing market initiatives.
Responsible for document preparation for regulatory agencies to obtain required permits.
Responsible for maintaining technical knowledge through completion of various training initiatives.
