At the end of the lesson, all the student should be able to:
1. Define PEC,
2. Identify different cluster of PEC;
3. Apply the different cluster of PEC and
4. Appreciate the importance of PEC.

B. PRESENTATION

Today we are going to discuss PEC.

Any idea what is all about table napkin folding?

Engaging once self in the world of business.

Very good in addition to that to become a successful
business person he or she should possess all the
different entrepreneurial traits.

What are the different traits of entrep?

Opportunity seeker, Patient, Prudent, Sociable,

Demand for efficiency and quality, Systematic ,
Flexible, Technical knowledge , Sense of
independence and self confidence and Healthy.
Very good so these are the different traits that a good
business man or women must possess to become more
successful.

What about the different cluster of PECs?

Achivement cluster, planning cluster and the

power cluster.
Very good so what is under achievement cluster?
Opportunity seeker, risk taking, persistence,
commitment and demand for efficiency and
quality ma’am.
Very good you are all correct. Even though how hard
life is you must continue fighting and achieving your
goals.

What about planning cluster?

Systematic and good planning, good decision

making, goal setting and information seeking.
Very good your correct.
It simply says that you must think wisely and very
well in making and planing such good decision you
made in life so that in the end you will not regret.

And lastly the power cluster?

Leadership and persuasive and good at

networking.
Very good. You must stand or be a good leader in
order for some people to love you and to get along and
work with you..
