Tutor 1

 Most students just used the pressure difference in mm and did not convert to
Pascals.
 Some students did not show evidence of their calculations
 Would have been useful for both graphs i.e. the positive and negative sides of the
graph to be presented together.
 Some students did not determine the air density from the room temperature
measured.
 Some student did not carry out the uncertainty analysis
 Some students instead of discussing as required decided to list.
 Some students did not cite a single reference in text.
 Others just copied the references from the instruction sheet in their bibliography
 Most students did not reference the equations or the uncertainty measurement
approaches used.
 Some students calculated the uncertainty for the velocity measurement and not
the pressure as required from the question
 Some students introduced graphs that were not captioned or referred to in their
reports.

Tutor 2

1) It seemed that most students did not know the density is required to calculate.
2) Regarding CD comparison, some students did not realise they should make analyse
why there are difference existed.
3) Although students highlighted the errors in the experiment, most of them did not give
suggestions to overcome these errors.
4) In the conclusion, some students did not know what to write for the specific question.
5) The majority of the students did not know what to do with the references.

Tutor 3
1. Some data collect by students were not complete and symmetrical.
2. Most of them didn’t mention how they obtain the air density.
3. Some didn’t show specific calculation steps but just show the results.
4. For the calculation of CD, some didn’t present the specific software they use to get
the answer and the relevant screenshots.
5. Regarding the uncertainty calculation, almost half students didn’t quite know
how to solve this problem properly.
6. When come to comparison of the CD obtained from different methods, some
didn’t realize they should analyze why there exist the difference.
7. About the errors finding, majority found out several errors but some didn’t
mention how these errors have been avoided.
8. For the concluding remark, some students don’t know what to write for this
specific question.
9. Most of them missed the reference part and didn’t link them in the relevant text.
