A Health premise inspection carried out by Health Officials from Ruwa Local Board made the
following findings:
OFFICES :
The structure was built in accordance to the plans that were approved by the Ruwa Local Board and
the walls were rendered with a white wall finish.
Ventilation : Satisfactory with through ventilation from 5 double windows
FLOORS : There is a continuous smooth tiled white and brown floor.
WALLS : Satisfactory with white plastered walls.
LIGHTING : Satisfactory; artificial light and natural light available.
ROOF : Satisfactory; the roof of the whole structure is intact no leakages were noticed.
Outlook : The car park is in good condition and fire hydrants and emergency fire extinguishers
In place.

FLOOR : Rough plastered floor
WALLS : Plastered walls.
WINDOWS : Adequate
LIGHTING : Both artificial and natural are sufficient
ROOF : Corrugated iron roof sheets.
Fire extinguishers, water hydrant are in place. All pipes are well placed within the walls and cables
are well insulated.
Bulk Gas Tank : Found outside and fixed with water hydrants.
SURFACES : cement plastered floors.

FLOORS : Satisfactory; tiled with white and brown tiles.
WALLS : Satisfactory; with white plastered walls with a tiled side wall.
LIGHTING : Satisfactory; both natural and artificial light.
Reception area
WALLS : Satisfactory; Painted white and plastered.
Staff Toilets
FLOOR : smooth tile floor provided
WALLS : tiled to the ceiling.
WINDOWS : adequate.
LIGHTING : sufficient
