Terms & Conditions

o Foundation designs are based on an SBC value of 220 kN/m² and the depth is
considered at maximum 5 ft. Any change in depth/SBC value shall be charged
accordingly on actuals upon the site conditions.
o The package is applicable only for a minimum slab area of 2,100 sq.ft or above.
o Fixing of CCTV camera’s at site, security & curing charges, site cordoning are excluded
from this package.
o The site is considered to be at road level in this package & plinth level to be at 1’6”
height from ground level. Any changes in this, plot filling, shall be charged accordingly.
o All the works shall be carried out as per the drawings. Any changes in the drawing as per
client interest shall be charged accordingly.
o Outer to outer slab area shall be considered without any deductions for ducts, double
heights etc.
o Water for curing, electricity for site shall be provided by the client.
o Rock cutting/ blasting/ compressor work/Tree cutting/Site levelling is not included in
this quote.
o Floor height is considered at 10’ from floor level to top of the slab. Any changes in this
shall be claimed accordingly.
o Headroom for lift, lift concrete works will be extra.
o Tapered roof, additional columns on terrace, Septic tank and soak pits are excluded from
this package.
o Any municipal permissions, demolition/dismantling of existing structure, bore well,
motors, water connection, rock cutting, sewage works shall be borne by the client.
o Material price hike due to heavy inflation or other macroeconomic factors by more than
5% across brands in each category shall be charged extra, accordingly. (Base rate of
steel – 77/kg, cement – 380/bag in the package)
o Any item not mentioned in the package is additional.
