What do you think about the importance of body Language?
particularly in business (reflect on this question).

Non-verbal communication is any way to convey a message without words, which

is a great field of research. Our body is not the only transmitter of non-verbal
language, the environment is a fundamental part of this field, for example, if we
observe the environment, no matter what it is, a house, an office, a school or a
discotheque we will notice that everything is created in a certain way, with a
particular lighting, chairs, objects that decorate in a certain way; all this is part of
the environment and creates a message that generates interactions and gives a
sense to how we communicate, these are non-verbal communication signals.

The vast majority of people have heard colloquial phrases like "a picture says more
than a thousand words" or "the first impression is what counts", and yes many will
say that "you shouldn't judge a book by its cover", but from my point of view the
first impression does count and counts a lot, for example, in the work environment
our personal appearance provides signs of non-verbal communication, the clothes
we wear, how we comb our hair or if we wear glasses, this set of characteristics
sends messages says a lot about that individual.

Body language is a sub-field of non-verbal communication and is made up of the

dynamic actions and behaviors of the body that we all have when we are
interacting with someone, for example, hand movements or gestures.

Body language is important because it accounts for about 80% of the language we
transmit, it says more about a gesture or a movement than expressing something
through verbal communication.
