We look forward to making your stay with us as incredible as possible. Aberfoyle Lodge has two executive
suites (Fish Eagle and Seedcracker) which overlook the golf course, and thirteen standard rooms which
overlook the riparian forest. Our lodge rates are stipulated per person per night full board, and include
accommodation, a beautifully prepared 3 course dinner, full english and continental breakfast and delicious
lunch. In addition, our rates include a few free activities such as billiards, 18 hole putt-putt course, tennis,
self-guided walks and hikes, a beautiful swimming pool and more. We also have one self catering house,
Hornbill House, situated 2kms away from the lodge.

Our current payment methods for Zimbabwean residents/citizens are as follows:

Full payment in cash (USD or Rand)
Full payment via transfer to CABS Nostro FCA Account
100% payment via local bank transfer/swipe/ecocash at a parallel rate of the day

Cancellation Policy
15 – 29 Days 50% of the total reservation value
7 – 15 Days 75% of the total reservation value
0 – 7 Days 100% of the total reservation value
Bookings will be held for 7 days after which a 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure the booking. If
no deposit is received at the end of the 7 days, the booking will be cancelled.
Chartered flights to Katiyo Airstrip available on request.

 Terms and Conditions

- All rates are quoted in United States Dollars, and are inclusive of 15% VAT and 2% ZTA Levy.
- Full board rates include accommodation, full english and continental breakfast, light lunch, and
three course dinner.
- Hornbill House rates include accommodation only. The house is situated 2kms from the lodge.
- All rates exclude laundry, wifi, activities and drinks.
- One complimentary wifi voucher is provided upon arrival, and additional vouchers can be
purchased at US$5 for 500mb.
- Pensioner rate applies to individuals aged 65 and older. Verification required upon arrival.
- Children U3 refer to children who are under the age of 3 years (have not yet had their 3rd
Birthday). Children U12 refers to children who are under the age of 12 years (have not yet had
their 12th Birthday).
- Children U12 sharing rates include a 2 course dinner. A supplementary fee of US$15 is
applicable should a child wish to have a three course dinner off the adult menu.
- Children U12 not sharing with parents and requiring their own room will be charged the
standard room single occupancy rate of US$180 per night. If two children U12 share a room, the
rate will be US$90 per child per night in a standard room.
- Children U12 are not able to sleep in an executive room if not sharing with parents.
- During Easter Weekend (18 - 22 April 2019), Heroes Weekend (9 - 13 August 2019), Christmas
and New Year (23rd December - 3rd January), there is a 5% surcharge on the above rates per
person per night.
- During school half terms (21 - 25 February 2019; 20 - 24 June 2019 and 17 - 21 October 2019),
Easter Weekend, Heroes Weekend, Christmas and New Year there is a minimum three night
stay policy.
- Hornbill House has a minimum two night stay policy throughout the year.
- At Aberfoyle Lodge, we do have two staff rooms (with two single beds in each) which can
accommodate any drivers or maids. Shower and toilet are shared. The charge is US$30 per per
person per night inclusive of three traditional meals daily.
- Rates and payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

- All rooms (except Turaco, Flufftail and Woodpecker) can be converted into king or twin rooms.
- Fish Eagle, Seedcracker, Flufftail and Woodpecker are the only rooms with both showers and
baths; the remaining rooms only have showers.
- Sunbird and Bushrike are inter-leading.
- For children sharing rooms with adults, Seedcracker is recommended as it is the largest room;
followed by Bushrike. For adults who are comfortable sleeping in a double bed (as opposed to
a king), Woodpecker and Flufftail are good options for families.
- For children U12 sharing with parents, mattresses will be placed on the floor.
- All rooms are fitted with a tea and coffee station, ceiling fan and hairdryer.
