EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This business plan covers the idea of how Bart’s Auto Arts
would take part in the business journey. Bart’s Auto Arts is a
determined company filled with inspirations and milestones to
set foot on. With some objectives for motivation, the company’s
success would not be far from our reach. And so, success for the
company includes maintaining a great taste of fashion and
quality service for the community. The company’s products are
basically accessories made up of small mechanical parts that are
no longer in use, not to mention making our product
eco-friendly. With some style and color combination, the
accessories would perfectly fit anyone with such personality.

Coming up with the business comes with the risks and

problems to take. Hence, the company came up with strategies
such as production strategies, the target market, the location
of the business, the pricing of products, etc. There would also
be an organizational plan to be followed in order to have a
smooth running of the business. Materials for the production
will run from the main materials which are the electronics and
mechanical parts down to the safety equipment. The analysis on
location or where to put up Bart’s Auto Arts is very practical,
it needs to be accessible for the people with regards to the
target market. Considering the location and space to put up the
business, a floor plan is also made to have an orderly
purchasing process. The company also included a start-up cost in
the business plan and planned to use cost-based pricing as the
company’s pricing strategy.

Bart’s Auto Arts is the next leading name in Scrap Metals

Arts and Crafts Industry. We’re committed to leading the charge
in crafting unbelievable and beautiful arts using spare parts of
