The company is a furnishing agency that offers unique quality and well-fined products
specializing metal sheet online, where customers will access online platforms for them
to purchase their desired product. The company believes that we can offer the best
quality of services, well fined, and unique products needed in our daily life with
convenience. Mandycints company will be situated in the 184 J. Marcelo St. Karuhatan,
Valezuela City and can be contacted through this phone number 0936-259-2433 and

The Mandycints use metal sheet as its core or main material in making types of
furniture like a lampshade, pencil case, and chairs and etc. The agency offers the
customization of furniture through clients' demand and uses a well-fined machine to
make the products sturdy, durable, and costumer-friendly. The difference of Mandycints
company from others is, the customization of furniture because the agency is willing to
manufacture another product (with the client's permission) suited to the costumer's
demands. The target market of the company is anyone with an interest in furniture
especially interior designers, contractors, and owners of a house. The owners recognize
the necessity fo capital planning including the start-up capital of the company will loan
with an amount of 1,600,000php for the overall budgets for tools, machinery, materials
laboring, and financial necessities needed by the agency. The company is forecasting
PHP2, 034, 000.00 in the gross rate sale for one-year operation, PHP4, 068,000.00 in
second-year operation, and PHP6,102,000.00 in the third-year operation of the
company.

The owner of the company, Marc Yrus Parreno(Gen. Manager), Francine

merely in our product but rather the integration of 5 honorable names in the company
that have only one mission and vision, that is to live in an era hosted by the optimization
of all things and to optimize products in the hearts of the world by 2027 respectively.

Based on our logo, the company offers product on Sheet Metal Furniture. The
outer part visualizes a chair which is the company’s main product . The color orange
represents the industrial-related activities in other words it represents machinery also,
the middle part has a foil with another symbol of furniture which means that the
furniture is made of sheet metal. In short our company is all about Sheet Metal
Furnishing.

PURPOSE OF THE PRODUCT


To optimize products and to provide our future costumers a unique furnishing
products through sheet metal.

PRODUCT’S UNIQUE FEATURE


Sheet metal/Sheet metal parts are solid models that can be represented in either
sheet metal form or as a flat model. The features that makes our product unique is that
it can be bend, cut, unbend and forms. Through these unique features of our product,
we will be able to create different furnishing and provide our customers their
desired furnishing design.

PRODUCTION PROCESS
a. Production process for Sheet Metal Chair
Procedure Equipment/Materials
Draw out the general design of your chair on graph  Graph Paper
paper, including dimensions. Keep your first metal  Pencil

seat and a back. Measure a simple chair that
you have around the house for guidance.
Measure four legs, and use the abrasive chop saw  Abrasive chop saw

legs. Place legs in a clamp to hold them steady as tape

supports. Smooth any rough edges with a grinder.
Paint your chair if you wish with a water-based
industrial paint.

b. Production process for Sheet Metal Lamp


Procedure Equipment/Materials
Cut the metal sheets to size, wear gloves for protection.  Sheet metal
Snips to snip the metal sheet to size, you will want the  Tape measure
metal sheets to be big enough so that they will wrap  Snips
around in a cylinder to create the lampshade of your
desired size. Use more than one sheet if necessary, use
the tape measure to determine your dimensions.
Secure the sides of lampshades. Wrap the metal sheets  Metal sheet
into a cylinder and secure the sides together using a  Clamp
clear epoxy. Clamp in place and following
manufacturer’s recommendations on drying time.
Create the hanging fixture. Use wire cutter and snips to  Wire cutter
cut a length of wire, and then use the pliers to create a  Snips
loop in the wire. Place inside the top of the lampshade  Pliers
and twist into the grid of the metal sheet to secure. Use  Sheet metal
the wire cutters to trim the wire to size as necessary.
Finish the lamp. Secure the lampshade around the  Bulb
hanging lamp light cord and insert the bulb.

c. Production Process for Sheet Metal Pencil Case


Procedure Equipment/Materials
Planning. First, find an old box shoe or cereal box and  Old shoe box
unfold it. The patterns for a cardboard box will look very
similar to what you need to plan out for the sheet metal
box/pencil case.
Mock Up (Optional). Measure and mark your hem length  Metal rule/ruler
from one edge of your paper. Draw a line parallel to the  Pencil
edge you measured from through your marked  Scissor/Cutter
measurement. Then repeat. Label the areas of the paper
that will be used. Then measure and mark your tab
length off of one your sides, then draw a line parallel to
the line you measured from to create square for your
tab. Then again, repeat doing measure and mark your tab
length off of one your sides, then draw a line parallel to
the line you measured from to create square for your tab
for all your tab locations. After that, label your tabs.
Draw roughly 45 degrees lines to angle off your hems and

tabs. Cut out any part of your paper that is not labelled,
and then fold along your lines until you have a box.
Cut to size. From the edge of your metal, measure and  Metal rule
mark your needed overall size dimensions. Use a square  Square and scratch

marks. And then, cut along your marked lines to get your  Scissors/cutter
metal to the needed size.
Layout. Measure and mark your hem length from one  Metal rule/ruler
edge of your metal. Scratch a line parallel to the edge

Then repeat these two steps. Measure then and mark
your hem plus your side length from one edge of your
metal. Scratch a line parallel to the edge you measured
from through your marked measurement. Then repeat
these steps. Measure and mark your tab length off of one
your sides, and then scratch a line parallel to the line you
measured from to create a rectangle for your tab. And
then repeat these two steps for all of your tab locations.
Label all the areas on your metal that will be used for the
box. Scratch 45 degree lines to angle off all of your hems
and tabs.
Cut to Shape. Use your aviation snips to cut your metal to  Aviation snips
shape.
Clean connection areas. To do this, just get some emery  Emery cloth/80 grit
cloth or some 80 grit sand paper. And then clean off the sand paper
inside and outside of your metal wherever your tabs will
overlap your sides.
Make hems. Insert your metal into your bar folder up to  Metal/Sheet metal
your marked hem line. Pull your handle to fold your
metal over 180 degrees. Remove your now folded metal
from the bar folder and place it back on the fold table
with the fold facing up. Pull your handle again to the 180
degree position to better flatten your doubled layered
portion of metal. Then, repeat all these steps. Place your
hem on an anvil/solid surface and use your hammer to
completely flatten your hems, repeat this for all other
hems until all hems are completely flattened.
Bend into a box. Use your clamping bar handle to lift up  Clamping bar
the teeth of your brake. The line you should be using  Metal/Sheet metal
should be the line that will bend your side and tabs at  Vise/hammer

the same time. Slide your metal piece underneath the
teeth and line your marked line up with the edge of the
teeth. Lower the clamping bar handle down to clamp
your metal into place. Use your bending leaf handles to
slowly fold your sides and tabs to 90 degrees. Return
your bending leaf to neutral position and lift up your
teeth to remove your bent metal, and then repeat the
steps for the opposite side of your box. Lightly bend your
tabs closer to the edge of your sides. Then use a vise for
this but you could also use hammer to tap them back
into place as well.
Spot Weld. Position your box between the electrodes  Welding machine
where you need to weld. This area should be on your  Electrodes
tabs. Pinch down on your metal by slowly pressing down
on your foot pedal and be sure you have electrodes
correctly positioned. When you are ready, press your
foot pedal all the way down and hold until your spot
welder cycle is finished. You should hear the electricity
cycle on and then off. Keep the pedal pressed down until
you hear the cycle end. Release the foot pedal and
reposition your box to the next spot that needs welded.
Repeat these steps until your box is completely fastened
together.

material which is the sheet metal. Our product can be trusted because it uses well fined
machine to make the products sturdy, durable, and customer-friendly. Customers can

chairs, lamp shades and pencil cases which are all made of sheet
metals. We can see a lot of chairs assembled from wood, stones or
acrylic, however the unique features of the furniture that
are crafted from sheet metals are somewhat unusual. Furthermore,
the lampshades made of sheet metal are also unique as we
commonly see a lampshade created from parchment, glass and
fabric. Lastly, pencil cases crafted from sheet metals are also new
to us because we are just familiar with the ones built from woods or
metal. With these, our company think of offering and selling best
quality services and unique products needed in the daily life with
convenience of our valuable customers.

PRICING Price is the first priority of the customers. The affordable the price,
the customers will buy. Mandycints company ensures a cost-
friendly price for the customer. Our products are affordable yet has
a good quality. Our company will launch three products with various
prices. The chair made sheet metal will cost 2500 with a shipping
fee of 450. while lampshade will cost 1200 with a shipping fee of
150. Furthermore, the unique pencil case will cost 35 pesos and
again with shipping of 100 pesos. With this pricing our company
ensures that our customers will receive the best product.
PLACE Our business venture will be known and registered
as Mandycints company. The company offers and sells metal sheet
furnishings such as chairs, lamps and pencil, which are all made of
sheet metals. Our company will be situated in the 184 J. Marcelo
St. Karuhatan, Valenzuala City, Philippines.

PEOPLE Our people is familiarized with the standard operating procedure


(SOP) in order to run the business smoothly. We are aware and do
the tasks without the guidance of the General Manager. We know
