1. Why do you want to be a franchisee?


I want to be a franchisee because having a business that was already able to build its reputation
and name is an advantage for me to have immediate customers.

2. How much income do you need to maintain your current standard of living?
I am currently living with my relatives, so I think I need an income of at least 15,000 not only for
my personal use, also for my studies.

3. How many hours a day are you comfortable working?


I can at least work 8 to 10 hours a day without getting exhausted.

4. What skills can you bring to a business?


I think I must have these skills to be a successful business owner.
a. Managerial skills
b. Marketing skills
c. Communication skills
d. Customer service skills.

5. What types of business do you think you would like to operate?


I have a passion for cooking. So, I think this passion will lead me to success and come up with a
decision to operate or dig in to Food Businesses.

6. What types of businesses do you think you would not want to own — no matter how much
money you can make?
I don’t want to have a construction firm because it causes me too much headache even if it gives
me a lot of money. Being in a business like that can lead me to bankruptcy.

7. How much cash do you have to invest in a business? How much money can you borrow if you
needed to?
If that business is in my field, I would like to invest as much as I can or as long as my money can.
Borrowing money is a part of business, every businessman had debts, so if I were to borrow, I
can borrow 1Million and use the half of it and the other half to another business.

8. Do you need a network of professional advisors to help you evaluate a franchise opportunity?
Seeking help or advise would be a great in decision making, seeking professional advisors is a
good way and it will help you decide to go or invest to that business or not.

9. What terms of the franchise agreement do you consider important?


All of the terms are important. Lacking one of it can cause the downfall of your business.
