The purpose of this feasibility research report was to address the problem of Smoking. The main
target of nicotine pouches and gums are the people who wants to leave smoking or the people
who are really addicted to smoking and they are at the place where they cannot smoke cigarettes.
Nicotine pouches fulfill their desire of smoking.

Pakistan has one of the largest numbers of tobacco users in the world, with more than 22 million
adults over the age of 18 smoking cigarettes, hookahs or other tobacco products. Recent surveys
of school-age youth ages 13-15 have found a prevalence of current use of some tobacco products
between 6.1% in Lahore and 14.1% in Karachi.

Due to high levels of tobacco use, Pakistan faces significant health consequences of tobacco.
More than 100,000 deaths are attributable to tobacco use each year, and most of these deaths are
due to lung and other cancers and respiratory diseases.

The market for tobacco or similar products is changing rapidly. Consumers are increasingly
urged to replace classic cigarettes with products that are less harmful to health. The COVID-19
crisis and growing evidence from the World Health Organization (WHO) and others that
smoking increases the risk of death from COVID-19 are likely to increase this trend. In addition
to measures to reduce tobacco use, public health authorities in some countries have been at the
forefront of promoting product replacement. There is also active innovation in the market where
old and new companies incorporate new products that reduce the harm of tobacco use. Nicotine
pouches are one of these products. They are packaged with a white powder containing nicotine.
The bags are placed between the lip and the gums, and do not require spitting.

SWAT ANALYSIS

 Strength
We have a good team with good knowledge and skills. We can make our taste different and give
satisfaction to the customers better than the competitive company We could add more flavors
which are liked by the customers and that could give us an edge in the improvement process. We
would try to catch the vast areas of a place where people can have access to our product easily
which would help to gain more popularity
 Weaknesses
There is another company selling the same product and it's very important to be competitive in
order to outgrow our rivals. There are number of things that could help us in this competition
such as the product quality, the marketing strategy etc. and if the competitive company went
ahead with customer satisfaction it will be difficult to compete at the same level. The main
improvements we need are how we can make our taste different and give satisfaction to the
customers better than the competitive company We could add more flavors which are liked by
the customers and that could give us an edge in the improvement process.

 Opportunity
The COVID-19 crisis and growing evidence from the World Health Organization (WHO) and
others that smoking increases the risk of death from COVID-19 are likely to increase the trend of
nicotine pouches. In addition to measures to reduce tobacco use, public health authorities in
some countries have been at the forefront of promoting product replacement. So, this is the time
to start business.

 Threat
There are only one company in Pakistan which are producing nicotine pouches but that company
is still a beginner too as they started their company recently. But as they are the inventor of
pouches in Pakistan so they are already a big threat for us and we have to overcome them by
making more flavors and selling our product at minimum price with reasonable profit.
Company Name
Company name is SIGO, a line of tobacco leaf-free and spit-free nicotine pouches. 

Our company will be registered soon in Pakistan and will have our registered office at Lahore.

Brand (LOGO)

In the logo we focused to quit smoking and feel free to use our product because it helps people
with citrate difficulties.

Product Feasibility:
Over product is Nicotine pouches. They are white pouches containing tobacco free nicotine, and
are described as either similar to or a tobacco-free version of snus. No combustion is involved.
The user puts a pouch between the upper lip and gum, and leaves it there while the nicotine and
taste are being released.

 Nicotine Flavors
Nicotine is formulated keeping in mind the special taste requirements of the Pakistani taste. In
order to best camouflage the strong taste of nicotine, Nicotine is available in 4 flavors: Mint Plus,
Fruity Mint and Teeth Whitening.
Marketing Feasibility:
 Price
Price is a variable tool that can change significantly when adapting to a new
deregulated market situation. In the start of the business our product cost is minimum as compare
to the other brand, as well as we will provide free samples to the costumers.
 Place
Business location plays a big role in the success of any company. Because if you have best
location for your company in town it will attract more people because it is the main and
important past to start any business.

The placement of nicotine products in new retailer stores is consistently next to other tobacco
products such as cigarettes and snuff. We can also store the product in any pharmacy because it
helps people with citrate difficulties.
 Promotion
We will use social media marketing platforms as a mean to promote our products. These
platforms will have a theme regarding how difficult it is to stop an addiction when the passions
kick in.
 Target Audience
Nicotine’s target audience is mainly men above the age of 18, who are smokers and are either
first-time quitters or are actively trying to quit smoking.

Organizational Feasibility:
 Ownership Structure
The company will be legally declared as a partnership between two of the executives and two
investors. Each partner will own 25% equity of the company.

 Management Team
Initially, we intend to establish this business on a small scale, thus we will not have employees
for management and each executive will handle their section of the operations.
Financial Feasibility
We are four partners to start this business. Each partner will invest 25% of the total investment
cost required to start this business. We will start this business through online platform i.e.
OlX.com, Facebook etc. So initially there is very minimum amount required to setup our
business.
