A Letter of Approval Consent for Retreat Teambuilding for

Ministry of Altar Servers

Dear Parents,
Good day!
With this letter, we wish to inform you that the Ministry of Altar Servers is
organizing a Summer Retreat Teambuilding. This retreat will last for 2 days and 1
night, from 6:00 am in May 13, 2019 to 11:00 am in May 14, 2019 at St. John Mary
Vianney Retreat House in Norzagaray, Bulacan.
Spearheaded by the Vocations Ministry, this retreat will give our Altar Servers a
chance to spend quality time among them as they build their rapport in serving Him.
This will also be a chance to grow in their spiritual journey, allowing them to have a
glimpse of God’s call for them as they renew their faith in God by unconditionally
believing in His existence.
We encourage you to please consider this retreat for your son(s). Should you
have any concern or clarification, just contact Henry Saraga (09567011754). Thank

Note: All expenses, including the food, are covered by the parish.

REMINDERS

Remember, this is only a 2 days and 1 night activity. Participants should not be
bringing their entire wardrobe and everything else in their bedroom with them. Please
limit your son to one (1) main bag (of reasonable size).
Clothing
o Make sure the clothing you bring is appropriate and comfortable (e.g. shorts, t-
shirts, slippers, etc.)
o Please bring at least two sets of clothes.

Toiletries
o Shower necessitities (shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc.) as well as a TOWEL.
o Toothbrush/toothpaste

Spiritual needs
o Anything you think you may need for your own spiritual reflection (e.g. Bible,
rosary, pen, spiritual reading, etc). These things are not necessities but your son
may want to have them for their own personal time/prayer.
