COVID-19: The Royal Opera House is currently closed to the public, with all performances
cancelled until 19 April. We are contacting those who hold tickets for these cancelled
performances.

COVID-19: Options for

bookers

Following advice from Public Health England relating to the ongoing COVID-19
pandemic, it is with regret that we must cancel the upcoming performance you
were due to attend.

This page will allow you to review the options available to you as a ticket buyer.

These unprecedented circumstances will have a major financial impact on

charitable organisations such as ours, with almost 80% of our funding coming
from audiences: from your ticket purchases and donations, and from the
money you spend in our restaurants, bars and shop.

As a not-for-profit, this income supports the full range of our work, as well as
our artists, staff and community partners in London and around the UK.

Whilst you are entitled to a refund, we ask you to consider treating your ticket
purchase as a donation to help support our ongoing work, or exchange your
ticket for a voucher for another performance of your choice until 31 December
2020 (details for forthcoming productions as part of the 2020/21 Season will
be released in due course).
