Reflectors are mail servers that you access via your mailing system.
Users post their email to a common address, and the reflector sends it to all subscribers.
This is a very fast and convenient way to get an answer to all your questions.

In most cases, you have to fill in the header of your email with the concerned email address and the body with a sentence
To unsubscribe, follow the indication list at the end of the mail that you will receive from the mail server.
Usually you simply type in the body : unsubscribe
or sometime the complete syntax : unsubscribe [listname] [your email adress]
