Organista vs. Century Park Hotel, NLRC Case No. 03-02649-16, NLRC LAC No. 02-
000646-17, to the Office of the Executive Labor Arbiter for settlement.

Last 20 February 2020, I was able to talk to one of the staff of the Office of the Executive
Labor Arbiter, Ma’am Ces Rivera. She told me that the case is ready for settlement anytime
as the parties desire in their office provided that the counsel of both parties are present before
the Executive Labor Arbiter. I was instructed to inform your office for the transfer of the
records of subject case, hence, this request.
