Dear Mr. Leyva,

Greetings of Peace and Goodwill!

The City of Antipolo City headed by Mayor Danilo O. Leyble together with the City
Council is spreading the celebration of the “Ang Tipulo Festival” Maytime Pilgrimage 2012.

The “ Ang Tipulo Festival” is celebrated every May of the Year. This is also the annual
activity of the city as a means of promoting the rich culture and tradition of the Antipoleños.
Through this activity, the camaraderie and solidarity between the community and the
government are established.

Yearly, part of the celebration is the traditional Street Dancing Competition. Our school
Maximo L. Gatlabayan Memorial National High School is one of the contingents for the said
Street Dancing Competition which will be held on May 5, 2012.

In this regard, we are asking for your support through providing us service for the
following:

A. Service vehicle for fifty (50) participants (from school going to Ynares Center)
B. Service vehicle for our props (from school going to Dimasalang Park)
C. Service vehicle for our sound system during the parade

We’re also asking for some financial assistance for their meal after the parade.

in all our future endeavors.
