M: Celebrating Founding Anniversary is a reminder of our glorious past, for it brings to mind the
rich culture, beauty, potential and wonders of our beloved town. It gives us a sense of pride and
awareness of what we are and what we have become.

R: Friends, however, this is not only a day of remembrance, but is also a day to look forward to
what is yet to come. Before we formally start the program, may I request everyone to please for
the singing of the Philippine National Anthem to be conducted by Ms. Mary Joy A. Abarracoso,

M: Please be seated. To our highly respected and dynamic congressman, Hon. Reynolds Michael
Tan, to our equally dynamic and supportive Governor, Hon. Sharee Ann Tan-Delos Santos, so as
to our ever active Vice Governor, Hon. Arnold Tan, our equally dynamic Municipal Mayor, Hon.
Clarito P. Rosal, our amiable and supportive Vice Mayor, Hon. Arthur A. Aban, to our equally
energetic and generous SB members, Head of the different offices, MGLOO, DepEd Personnel,
PNP, BFP, COMELEC, and visitors, Good Morning! and welcome to the 75 th Hinabangan Day
Celebration and State of the Municipal Address with the theme:

M&R: “PADAYON NGA PAGKAURUSA PARA HAN MURAYAW NGAN MAINUSWAGON


NGA KABUBWASON HAN MGA HINABANGNON.”

R: Today is a wonderful day and as your hosts, it gives us an immense pleasure to welcome you
all on our Hinabangan Day celebration. This is a day to remember and celebrate our 75 years of
existence as an autonomous municipality where we, Hinabangnons surely have our shares of our
ups and downs but we have confronted it all with resilience and unity throughout the years.

M: Indeed! Unity has always been an essential ingredient of human existence and that is exactly
the reason why we centered this years theme in the virtue and spirit of unity. Our theme aptly
describes how the gift of togetherness and cooperation would bring sustainable prosperity and
brighter future of Hinabangan. Once again, we welcome everyone to this very special occasion,
and without any further ado, let us hear the Welcome Remarks of our Municipal Vice Mayor,
Hon. Arthur Aban. A round of applause please!

R: Thank you for that meaningful and welcoming message, Vice. At this juncture, let us be
entertained by an intermission number by one of the winners during the conduct of Gab-I han
Kultura last night. Ladies & gentlemen, our RONDALLA Winner-
_____________________________. Let us give them a big round of applause!

M: Thank you so much, to our dear Rondalla Winner- _______________________. At this point,
is the time to hear one of the highlights of today’s occasion. This is when our Municipal Mayor
would deliver his speech of celebrating community, recognize areas for improvement and set
policy agenda for the years ahead. Ladies and gentlemen, For his State of the Municipal Address,
let us all welcome our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Clarito P. Rosal. A round of applause please!

R: Thank you for that very meaningful and articulate speech, Mayor. At this moment, we will be
witnessing the Drum & Bugle Competition from our Selected Schools here in our Municipality.
But before that, let us call in the Committee Chairman of this Competition, in the person of Hon.
Luchie A. Rivera to give to us the Criteria & Mechanics of this competition. A big hand please!

M: It was indeed a close fight from our dear schools. Once again, let us all give them a round of
applause for their performance level. We will be awarding the winners of the Drum & Bugle
Competition after this program once the result is officially out.

R: At this point, Let us all give the floor to one of our honored guests celebrating with us today,
as he give his inspirational message. Ladies and gentlemen, help me welcome, Congressman
Reynolds Michael Tan!

(Inspirational Message- Congressman)

M: Thank you so much for your warm and inspiring message, congressman. And now, we will be
entertained by a special number coming from the Sayawit Winner-
__________________________________.

R: Madamo nga salamat han aton Sayawit winner for rendering to us a very heartwarming
presentation, reminding us that we need to preserve our culture. As I witness last night ganap on
Gab-e han Kultura, it made me realized how we Filipinos, Hinabangnon should cherish and be
proud of our culture.

M: Next on our program is another inspirational message from our honored guests, to be given by
our Governor, Hon. Sharee Ann Tan-De los Santos. A big round of applause please.

R: Thank you very much for that message, Governor. At this moment, let us hear another
message to be delivered by none other than our Vice-Governor, Hon. Arnold Tan. A round of
applause, please.

M: Thank you for that message, Vice Governor Arnold Tan and to all our guests here with us
today. It is indeed a pleasure to have you here with us. At this juncture ladies and gentlemen, is
the distribution awards and recognition to Former Hinabanganon Leaders who had given his/her
exemplary and give honor to the municipality.

R: May we call on our ever dynamic Municipal Mayor, Hon. Clarito P. Rosal to be assisted by
our Municipal Vice Mayor- Hon. Arthur A. Aban, and Engr. Menandro A. Gacelos, MPDC to
give the Plaque of Recognition on the following Former Mayors of LGU- Hinabangan.

R: Thank you so much for entertaining us with your special number. The past few weeks we had
different activities and competitions actively participated by the Hinabangnons and this is the day
we recognize their efforts as winners during the Amatuer Singing Contest and Gab-e Han Kultura
Competition. This awarding will be led and announced by the different Committee Chairpersons.
To present the award, may we request the presence of our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Clarito P.
Rosal, to be assisted by _______________________________.

M: Once again, congratulations to all the winners and participants of the different activities. We
look forward to your continued support and participation to our activities moving forward. And

teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved.
