Good morning, everyone.

On this glorious day, we welcome you all to our Flag Raising

Ceremony, hosted by the City Human Resource Management Office
in celebration of the 123rd Philippine Civil Service Anniversary with
the theme: TRANSFORMING PUBLIC SERVICE IN THE NEXT DECADE:
HONING AGILE AND FUTURE-READY SERVANT-HEROES.

To officially begin our program, | may I request everyone to please

stand | as we:

a. ask for God’s loving presence and guidance through PRAYER |

to be led by Pastor Nestor Sasa
b. thereafter, | we request everyone to stand proudly and sing
loudly | the Philippine National Anthem | to be led with the Bu-
hanginan Voices | to signify our unity as a nation.
c. And please remain standing | as we prove | the commitment to
our duties and responsibilities as public servants | by reciting |
the PANUNUMPA NG LINGKOD BAYAN | to be led by MR.
NICOLO CAEZAR M. PADILLA; AND
d. the recitation of ILIGAN CITY VISION by MR. JONAH REINZI M.
ROA, ------
e. Finally, we enjoin everyone | to sing and march with pride the
Iligan Hymn | to be led by the C-H-R-M-O Personnel.

John: ASENSO! At this juncture we would like to

acknowledge the presence of the members of the
 18th council in attendance. Good morning, Ma’am.
Good morning sir!

Dara: Also, the department head in attendance! Good

morning, Sir. Good morning, Ma’am.

John: the CSC Field Office Director of Iligan City, and Lanao
del Norte, Director Alona B. Carumba.

Dara: At this point, please help us welcome with a

resounding applause, the Committee Chair on Labor
and Overseas Filipino Workers Concern, Atty.
Providencio A. Abragan Jr, for his message.

John: Thank you, Atty. Providencio Abragan for sharing

your valuable insights and perspective on labor and
overseas Filipino workers’ concern. Your words shed
lights on the challenges we face in public service.

Now, to present us the department highlights of the

City Human Resource Management Office, let us
welcome the acting Department Head of the
CHRMO, Mr. Ceferino V. Sanchez, Jr. Let’s give him a
warm round of applause.

the CHRMO accomplishments.

At this point, to introduce our esteemed Keynote

Speaker for today’s Flag raising ceremony and 123 rd
Philippine Civil Service Anniversary, Please join me
 in welcoming the City Government Assistant
Department Head of the CHRMO, Ms. Anna Felicia S.
Alagar.

John: Director Alona Carumba, Thank you for your

enlightening keynote speech. Your insights on
transforming public service for the future have
inspired us all to strive for excellence.

Today, we have the privilege of witnessing the oath-

taking ceremony for our newly-appointed
employees. To administer the oath, please welcome
Ms. Fe Salvacion T. Orbe, Officer in charge for
Recruitment, Placement and Selection (RSP) Division
of the CHRMO.

Dara: Congratulations to all the newly-appointed

employees of the city Government. May you carry
the torch of public service with honor, integrity, and
dedication.

At this juncture, it is also time for us to pay tribute

to the retirees who have dedicated their lives to
public service. Let us honor them and express our
gratitude for their contribution.

John: (To read the background of the Pamana Ring) Award

it to the retirees.

John: Thank you, retirees, for you invaluable service to our

city. Your hard work and dedication have left a
lasting impact on our community.

Now we have an important announcement to share

with you all. Let us welcome with a resounding
applause and please direct your attention as he
 presents the announcement, our City Administrator,
Mr. Darwin J. Manubag

Dara: Thank you, Sir Darwin Manubag for the

announcement and awarding of Bootang Iliganon.

vision and determination for a prosperous future.
