CHRISTIAN: We are gathered here once again for the Cooperative Month Celebration 2016 with its
theme “Cooperatives: The Catalysts of Change through Poverty Eradication and Social Transformation.

CLING: And on behalf of the committee, we would like to express our greatest appreciation for taking
time off your busy schedules to join us today. We are making sure that all these we have lined-up for
you will be fruitful and engaging.

CHRISTIAN: To formally welcome us in this morning here, we are pleased to have our SB Member and at
the same time our MCDC Chair for his welcome remarks. Ladies and Gentlemen, let us give a big hand to
Hon. Ireneo C. Balahay.

*WELCOME MESSAGE

CLING: Thank you Hon. Balahay for those very warm words of welcome. Now, to heighten up our energy
for this event, let’s all welcome the members of the BISU Laboratory Cooperative for a dance number.

CHRISTIAN:  Thank you performers! So I guess everybody’s refreshed and powered up and stimulated by
that ________ performance.

CLING: That’s right Sir Christian. And at this point, may we call on Mrs. Eulalia C. Mutia , our Municipal
Cooperative Officer Designate, for the introduction of participants. Let us give her a round of applause
please.

CHRISTIAN: Thank you Ma’am. Without further due, ladies and gentlemen let us all welcome our ever-
active and hands-on Municipal Mayor, Hon. Norman d. Palacio, for his inspirational message. A big hand

CLING: Thank you very much Hon. Mayor for your inspiring words and for your never-ending support
which constantly motivates the members to continuously get involved to the cooperatives affairs like
this.

CHRISTIAN: Definitely and for that, he deserves another round of applause.

CLING: Moving on, let us lend our ears to Hon. Venzencio Arcamo, the SP Chair on Cooperative, as he
give his message. Let us welcome him with a resounding applause.

*MESSAGE

CHRISTIAN: Thank you so much Hon. Arcamo for your message and it is indeed our great pleasure to
have your presence here with us today. At this juncture, here are the BEMPC’S very own members to
entertain us with their intermission number. Let us give them a big hand, shall we.

CLING: Thank you performers for that very impressive dance presentation. To inform us the current
issues and concerns regarding the organization, help me in welcoming Mr. Victoriano Digal, our CDS II. A
big hand please.

*ISSUES AND CONCERNS

CHRISTIAN: Thank you Sir for notifying us the issues and concerns and for indicating the cooperatives’
responsibility for different purposes. We appreciate having those areas clarified. And now, let us witness
another intermission number to be given to us by the members Villa Aurora MPC. A round of applause
please.

CLING: Thank you presenters for that up-beating dance number. At this point, let us hear a message
coming from our very able and very supportive Municipal Vice-Mayor, ladies and gentlemen, let’s give a
big hand to Hon. Vice-Mayor Arnold M. Calamba.

CHRISTIAN: Thank You Hon. Calamba for that inspiring message. To complete the set of performers, the
last but not the least to be precise, let’s give it up for Cansumbol MPC members. A round of applause
please.
