Greetings of peace!

The Christ Faith Fellowship of Brgy. Bagakay, Dapa, Surigao del Norte plans to conduct its
41st Thanksgiving and Anniversary on May 24, 2020. It has been a habit of the said church to
celebrate yearly the goodness and blessings of God with a simple gathering of its members.
This celebration is also one of the ways of the church to give God the glory and honor He
deserves.

In line with this, we, the leaders and members of the aforementioned church, would like to
ask for your permission to let us gather once again as one body of Christ in the midst of the
pandemic that our world is facing nowadays. Rest assured that we will observe
precautionary measures such as wearing of face masks, physical distancing, etc. so as to
follow the rules and regulations issued by our government. In addition, we will not be
inviting other people who are not members of the church, may they be residents of our
barangay or not in order to avoid large mass gathering.

Lastly, during this celebration, we promise to spare enough time to pray for healing to those
who are affected by COVID-19, for protection to the front liners and other people involved,
for provision to the less fortunate, for wisdom to those who are working in the government
as they deal with this pandemic, and for other issues as well.

We are hoping that you will kindly and favorably consider this letter. May God bless you and

Dapa, Surigao del Norte. I am the 7 th daughter of Mrs. NORMA BAJAS RANARA who is
residing at Brgy Pob. 4 Dapa, Surigao del Norte.

I would like to ask permission from your good office to cut three timber of Gemelina trees
which is located at the land owned by my mother Mrs. Norma B. Ranara in Brgy. Osmeña
Dapa, Surigao del Norte. The purpose of the latter is for the renovation/repair of our house
