ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
(January – 2018)

Notice is hereby being issued to all honorable Flat owners of Dhanmondi Garden Flat Owners Association to attend the
Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year ended 2017 to be held on
Friday 12 January 2018 at 10:30 am in the office premises

Following is included in the Agenda of the meeting:

To receive and adopt the statutory annual account report for the year ended 2017.

To introduction of new members of the Association

Agenda No : 3
Update on following tasks:

3.1. Outstanding Recovery from Defaulter Members

3.2 Post Approval for Major Lift Repair work

Agenda No : 4
Appointment of new Managing Committee/Executive Committee comprising of 07 Members for
next year

4.1. Dissolve the existing managing committee

4.2. Voting of members to from New Managing Committee: Member are requested to submit their nomination by the
current office bearers. If the number of nomination recived exceeds the 7 Members, a Voting will be conducted to elect
the new committee.

Discussion on revised Maintenance Charges to meet the current expense deficit

Discussion on Cleanliness and Hygiene Matters

In case, if any member would like to cover any other matter/concerns impacting the assocaiation (not individual
matter) for discussion in the AGM, they need to put forth their matter /concerns formally in Writing and submit the
same to the Chairman/Secetary/Treasurer by 18th January 2016. This shall be in cluded subject to the acceptance by
the managing committee, and the availability of time for discussion. The Chairman’s decision to priorize the agenda
items shall stand final.

Only items included in the above in the agenda and other items approved by the managing committee as mentioned
above will be discuses in the AGM. We request the members to maintain the decorum the during the meeting.
