ZONE TAPPING FOR PAIN


Locate the Points. Use the diagrams to find the tapping points. Tape on the same side of
the body as the pain. Tap for about 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds, then tap for up to one
and a half minutes. Evaluate the pain about 10 minutes later. Has it decreased?

To be certain you
are on the right
point: energy test
while touching
each point on the
ankle or wrist

on the point that
represents the
zone that needs
to be tapped; the
other points will
stay strong.
