Warranty One year from the date of successful test-run in buyer’s place. During
this warranty period, the seller will provide free spare parts that caused
by the machine’s quality by fast courier upon receipt of buyer’s notice,
with one condition that the freight shall be effected by the buyer. If
Conditions required for more spare parts additionally, the seller will arrange to
have them got ready on the buyer’s account.

along with Advance remittance

commissioning & The technicians can go for Installation and commissioning after the
installation machines have been placed at the site. All the utilities like water,
electrical, will be connected by you. We shall depute our technician
after receiving your confirmation for the preinstallation readiness. All
our expenses including visa charge, round-trip air ticket to the nearest
airport, local conveyance to your factory, Lodging & Boarding
expenses shall be payable by you. Incase the stay of our technician,
the service charges US $ 100 per day will be charged extra.
Validity As the raw material market is unstable, the offer is valid up to 30days
is subject to confirmation after that.

Machine Configuration:

1. Unwinding part
a. Unwinding shaft: ￠74mm air shaft 1pc, (used for ￠76mm paper tube). for pneumatic
loader.
b. Unwinding material: position can be adjusted.
c. Feeding tension was controlled by Magnetic powder brake (10kgs).
d. Rectify edge deviation: synchronous motor with ball rail 1pc, photocell 1pc.

2. Rewinding part
a. Rewinding part adopts double rewinding shaft at one time.
b. With air shaft 2pcs, diameter 76mm.
c. Rewinding tension was controller by Magnetic powder clutch 2pcs (Powder: 10kgs).
d. Rewinding tension can be adjusted.

3. Slitting
a. Slitting knife: Straight knife (Surgical knife) 10pcs and Circular knife 8pcs. There’re two
ways of slitting.
b. Slitting width can be adjusted on your request.
c. Straight knife was fixed on knife shelf, and circular knife was fixed on driving shaft.
d. There’s wind tube to remove them when slitting waste material (width below 30mm).
e. Air blower 550w, 380v.
f. There’re 2pcs rubber roller for traction with pneumatic.

4. Aluminum roll
