The decision tree estimation technique is one of the technique which is used for the traditional
development method. It is easy and clear for projects because it does not require any type of
change during the project.
While in agile development, there are some number of changes require once we start the
project there fore there is a technique named functional point estimation technique which is
used to for the projects so that if project needs change we can do that.

Most effective ways of managing multi-national project teams to ensure that they will work as
an effective team at all stages of project is leadership. All depends on leader that how leader
leads the teams what are the ways leader is doing to manage his/her team example your team
has multinational employees like some are from Europe, Africa etc. so it depends on the leader
how they treat them because everyone wants better treatment like encouraging them at their
work, cheer up for them. So they work together as an effective team on the multinational
projects. To make an effective team you need to become a best leader for their team. A leader
is who inspire every team member trust, have a long- range view and most importantly do the
right things so that always so that team member should never thought that their leader is only
dependent on their members. Also there are some mistakes which team leader should never do
like every team member wants to do a new methodologies so leader should give them
permission to do the new things. Also give them permission to make mistakes because
whenever you are doing new thing it is not sure that you are doing it right or wrong. This is
most effective method to manage multi nationalities project teams to ensure that every team
member will work as an effective team.

Because project manager does not need qualification in IT. Because to become a project
manager must be qualified MBA. Also having some skills in managing along with practice in
project management. We must have some years of experience to become a expert project
manager. This indicates that the post of project manager does not necessary require to have a
technical background.
