applied grease.

Pulsarlube lubricator to be avaiable while machine ON and do not install to place where potentially fall on.
· Factors: tube length , internal diameter of tube and back pressure always to be considered when remote installation
· When installed by distribution connectors, same kind of grease shall be filled internally.

ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE

1. Install the mounting bracket (③) at a proper location using screws (⑦).
It is good practice to mount the lubricator in close proximity to the bearing
to keep feed lines as short as possible.
2. Install the lubricator (①) using the provided adapter (②), washer (④), and
socket (⑤) on the mounting bracket (③). Be sure to position the lubricator
so that it will allow for easy adjustments.
3. Insert the push-in fitting connector.
4. Measure and cut the tube (⑧) to the desired length. Be sure the tube ends
are cut clean and perpendicular and that no damage is present on the outside
surface.
5. Insert the tube into the push-in fitting connector (⑥) for a quick and easy leak-
proof connection.
6. Program the monthly setting using the MODE button and use the provided
dust cover for added protection.

COMMENTS

1. All Parts should be assembled tightly with Teflon sealing tape.

2. For optimal performance with remote installation kits, using an NLGI #1
grade grease is recommended.
3. If the bearing lube point is NPT, use the thread converter (⑨).

ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE

1. Install the mounting bracket (③) at a proper location using screws (④).

2. Insert the outlet horizontal cross-port bridge (⑩) into the divider block (⑧)
and tighten. Only the open and threaded ports on the divider block are
designed to dispense grease.
3. Insert the push-in fitting connectors (⑨).
4. Screw the pipe connector (⑦) into the divider block (⑧) inlet and tighten.
5. Install the lubricator (①) using the provided adapter (②), washer (⑤), and
socket (⑥) on the mounting bracket. Be sure to position the lubricator so
that it will allow for easy adjustments.
6. Tighten and position the lubricator and divider block assembly facing forward.
7. Measure and cut the tube (⑪) to the desired length. Be sure the tube ends
are cut clean and perpendicular and that no damage is present on the outside
surface.
8. Insert the tube into the push-in fitting connector (⑨) for a quick and easy
leak-proof connection. Please refer to the image on the left of "Proper configuration
of the divider block". One lubeline should be attached to the top of the divider block
and one lubeline should be attached to the bottom.
9. Program the monthly setting using the MODE button and use the provided
dust cover for added protection.

ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE

1. Select a proper location to allow for easy installation and easy oil filling.
2. Wrap Teflon around threading on part # A002 as well as part # C007.
3. Install lubricator after sealing the 3/8” Male end with Teflon tape.
4. Unscrew top orange cartridge cap. Fill cartridge with oil to the 500cc
level on the label.
Press the “TEST” button to confirm that oil is dispensing properly.
The unit will test for 20 seconds.

ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE

1. Select a proper location to allow for easy installation and easy oil filling.
2. Wrap Teflon around threading on part # A002 as well as part # C007.
Distributor must be installed near lubricator. Plug 2 line of C003 distributor
with C005 plug. Do not use Teflon tape on part # C004, C005, or C006.
Simply tighten snuggly to prevent oil leakage.
3. Install lubricator after sealing the 3/8” Male end with Teflon tape.
4. Unscrew top orange cartridge cap. Fill cartridge with oil to the 500cc
level on the label.
Press the “TEST” button to confirm that oil is dispensing properly.
The unit will test for 20 seconds.

ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE

1. Install bracket at proper position.

2. Adjust distance and tightly fasten C012 socket ( Have to assemble line
marking side downward) and C001 brush in the slot.
3. Connect C012 to part #C007 of the 1250RO series.
