1. Imagine you’re at work and you’re expecting a coworker to be there Score:

4. We’ve all had disagreements or difficulty working with coworkers or Score:

Reference for question #6. This is to be use in scoring the candidates response.

1. Opening bank statements and review of cancelled cheques in detail by owner/manager. If


cancelled cheques cannot be obtained from the bank, copies of the both sides of the cheque
will be provided.
2. All cheques signed by 2 individuals, one who must be the owner/manager.
3. All cheques to be supported by invoices, evidence of receipt and purchase order. These three
documents should be matched and checked to ensure agreement.
4. Careful review of monthly financial statements, A/P listing.
5. Review of payroll by owner/manager.
7. Suppose you are sitting in the office, finalizing data. It’s been a long Score:
day and a resident from the facility comes into the office confused and
upset. What steps would you take to handle this situation?
