    Subject: Requesting for an incomplete grade

    Sir/Ma’am,

    With due respect, I beg to state that I am Emon Sikder, a regular student of your respective course
    __________ , Bearing ID _________. Due to some family issues I might not be able to continue my
    trimester from now onwards and it is a matter of huge concern as a high expenditure that is at stake
    right now. If I withdraw my trimester at this point, I will not be receiving any refund and that is
    something I cannot afford to bear right now. So, I was hoping if it is possible to get an incomplete grade
    and rejoin your class from next trimester without withdrawing my courses. Please, understand my
    concern and let me rejoin your classes without losing all the money.

    Therefore, I pray and hope, that you would be so kind as to grant me the permission and oblige thereby.
