    Subject: Application for part fee submission due to financial reasons

    Dear Sir,
    I am Rizwan Ahmad, father of Mohammed Shoaib. He is a student of under-graduation in your
    prestigious institution. I am writing this letter to inform you that I will not be able to pay full semester
    fees this month as we are facing a financial crisis. I recently occurred a loss in one business project,
    and so it has become really difficult for me to manage all the expenses. I would like to apologize for
    the inconvenience caused.
    I would be very grateful if you could allow me to pay this second semester fees in three or four
    installment’s. I assure you that I will make every effort to make the full payment by the end of next
    month.
