Subject : Application for fee concession 

Sir,

               With due respect, I would like to request that I, Soni Kumari, am the student of BBA 4 A
morning, enroll.  – 02114201709. I would like to state here that the financial condition of my
family is not good. My father is an Ex. Army serviceman and the only source of income for
whole family is his pension which is as less as 7000 per month. So it is quite tough for me to
deposit whole of the fee amount third year although somehow I managed it in previous two
years.

                    Moreover, I would like to bring to your knowledge that in second year I could not
avail   the facility offered by university because I got a back in mathematics, not because of my
fault but due to exchange of marks with some other student (mistake by university staff). This
semester also, I am marked absent in one internal exam (Indian Economy) although I was
present and secured 18/20. So I would like to make you notice that I have been being victim of
all these irresponsible entries by college and university staff.

             I , Therefore, request you to kindly look into matter and provide me appropriate fee-
concession in third year fee so that I can achieve my goals despite of struggles and hardships.
