Respected sir,
I am Pragati Shankar Pawar writing to request your kind consideration and permission to pay
my academic fee for the first year of Bachelor of Arts (FYBA) in installments.
I am currently facing financial constraints that make it difficult for me to pay the entire
academic fee in one lump sum. However, I am eager to continue my education at Modern
College Shivajinagar and do not want financial limitations to hinder my progress.
I understand that the college has a policy of paying the academic fee in full at the beginning
of the academic year. However, I kindly request an exception to this policy and ask for your
understanding in allowing me to pay the fee in installments. I assure you that I will fulfill my
financial obligations by the end of the academic year.
