“Getting the Job”

Getting a job is important for everyone in this world, getting a job for now is a difficult
thing to do because of the many competitors and the number of jobs that are not balanced
with the number of workers, then the skill of each workforce must be able to compete with
many workers who want to find work. In the present situation, it is possible that 1 seat can
be contested by 200-500 people in a company, so competitive in getting a job is very tight.
Before starting to get a job / looking for workforce you must understand the preparations in
finding work. Steps in getting a job
1. Identify the specific job
2. Find the job description for the job you now
3. Identify your skill experience, job results, education of someone.
4. Write a customized 1-2 page resume
5. Learn to interview well before sending your resume to employer
After knowing the steps in getting a job the next thing to consider is making a resume. A
resume is a document that contains a summary of the experience, expertise, and education
of someone arranged in such a way. The purpose of making a job application resume is as
information about a person's qualifications in a concise, concise, and clear manner.
Compilation of resumes must really be based on the ability of the self that is not engineered
because the resume includes all personal data that must be accounted for truth. The
company will judge someone from the resume sent in accordance with the requirements,
after the company evaluates the resume, then later will determine how labor can be
considered to be accepted, in a resume containing skill and educational descriptions that
can be concrete evidence that the skill really exists and can be accounted for.
Another thing that is no less important to get a job is an interview. The interview is
answering a question given by someone with a view to knowing the answer from someone.
In the field of interview work becomes the core or end of the selection process for workers
and determine whether they are acceptable or not in a company.
Job vacancies are in newspapers, electronic media, posters, brochures, or social media. Job
vacancies are a good opportunity for us to get a job. However, it must be adjusted to the
capabilities and skills possessed to register the vacancy.
