The Total Estimated Contract Value shall be inclusive with all costs, expenses, and allowances for overhead, profit,

frame works, consumables, PPE equipments (uniform, safety shoes, etc) and complete performance of the
Services by Contractor in full compliance with the requirements of the Contract and as described within the
respective pricing item.

The Basic Salary of Driver as stipulated at point no. 3 is Rp 1,630,000.00. It will be used for the overtime rate basis
4 Contractor shall be responsible with all applicable taxes except VAT 10%
