Background
Contractor shall be responsible to providing light vehicle specifically for the performance of the
Services in Jakarta and surrounding area that meet operational standard and Health and
Environment System of Government of Indonesia and Company to support Company’s
operation in operational area as specified in this Contract with the quantity as determined by
Company in the ITB (Instruction to Bidders).
Contract will have duration for one (1) year including but not limited with:
1. Drivers
2. All related permit and licences required during Services.
3. Maintenance and overhaul of each vehicles
Summary of Bid Process
Registration
Company has invited five (5) companies to join the Prequalification process for Jakarta
Transportation Services on 4 March 2013. The invited companies are:
1. PT Adi Sarana Armada
2. PT Cakra Transport Utama
3. CV Pesona Delima Citra
4. Trac Astra Rental
5. Hibaindo
Prequalification
Out of five (5) companies invited, only two (2) companies submitted Prequalification
proposal dated 12 April 2013. Based on the Prequalification evaluation result, both registrants
passed and included in the bidder list for bid process. These two (2) companies are PT Adi
Sarana Armada and PT Cakra Transport Utama.
Commercial
Based on lowest overall Bid price, PT Cakra Transport Utama proposed the lowest total Bid
price of IDR 355,983,581.04, which is 5.47 % higher than OE (Owner Estimate is IDR
337,534,349.13).

As the result of negotiation meeting dated 7 May 2013, PT Cakra Transport Utama has agreed
to reduce the total Bid price from IDR 355,983,581.04 to IDR 337,325,594.04. This final Bid
price after negotiation has been 0.06 % lower than OE.
The recommendation is based result of bid evaluation process refer to the Instruction to
Bidders and the “Procurement Procedures” shall mean those provisions of the applicable
law of the Republic of Indonesia, both statutory and regulatory, which impose certain
obligations on Good and Services Provider regarding procurement of specific goods and
services including, but not limited to, Decree No. KEP-0003/BP00000/2011/SO Regarding
System Manual on Supply Chain Management for Co-operation Contract as Contractor and
the associated guidelines (Pedoman Tata Kerja - 007-REVISI-II/PTK/I/2011), and all
amendments to such applicable law.
