THE LEADERSHIP WHEEL
DIRECTIONS: Using a total of ten points for each of the four-item sets below, divide these ten
points in any way you wish between the four choices. You will want to assign the highest number
of points, to the items you feel are most like you, and less, or even zero, if you feel that one of the
items doesn't apply at all. Please be sure your answers in each set add up to ten points, and
please, answer all of the items even if you find various sets difficult to score.
