for Oracle 10g - mkdir –p wallet/10.2;chmod –r 777
wallet/10.2
for Oracle 11g - mkdir –p wallet/11.2 ;chmod –r 777
wallet/11.2

2.2. Create wallet

2.2.1 Logon to [Server] as ormerck using vncviewer or other User ormerck logged on.

2.2.2 Set the environment to the Oracle Home for which the Oracle Wallet created.

2.3. Import HTTPS Keys

2.3.5 Provide the path to the softlink and the wallet password HTTPS Connectivity successful

test HTTPS connectivity.
2.3.6 Close the Remedy WO Work Order closed
