At about 9:00 in the morning we were assigned by our intern coordinator and instructor
Sir Johnbel K. Galumba at the main building of PLT College. I am with my buddy and
there were two of them. We were assigned at the said place to help our security guard
Sir Reymund Lucena to inspect all individuals going in and out of the building and to
secure also the said establishment. And about 2:30 in the afternoon we were gathered
in front of the annex building for the instructions given by our coordinator and to punish
one of our buddy/classmate who is Mr. Dulnuan for being absent.

At exactly 5:00 in the morning of this day our class went to the clisoc field for our
morning exercise as one of the requirements of our internship and it ended up about
6:30 in the morning. And after 2 hours of preparation, we were deployed at the
RLJ/Chol’s Building to inspect all students and visitors going in and out the school
premise. We were guided by our school guard Sir Omarchito Singqui. We were on post
about 9:00 until 12:00. And about 2:30 in the afternoon we were a lecture on CDI 1 from
one of our buddies who is Mr. Butala and he conducted a short quiz to us.

The whole class of ULTIMO FUERTE went to the clisoc field for the morning exercise
led by one of our buddies who is Mr. Bandao. It was started at exactly 5:00 in the
morning and after the said activity we were deployed at the PLT Elementary to ensure
the security of the children and of the place. I am with my 3 buddies and we were
guided by the school guard Sir Marco Aquino. And about 2:30 in the afternoon, we
proceed at the clisoc field for the demonstration on carries for first aid procedures led
and demonstrated by the DMG of our school and it ended up about 4:30 in the
afternoon.

Early in the morning of this day at exactly 5 AM, all of us went to the clisoc field for our
morning exercise for us to be strong throughout our whole day duty and activity. And at
exactly 8:00 in the morning, me as the appointed team leader of our batch commanded
them to form for the daily inspection to check if they are in their proper uniform and
attire. And as their team leader I am also checking them every hour on their place of
assignment. I am also assigned this day at the HRM Building

At about 5:00 in the morning of this day the whole class of us went to the clisoc field for
our morning exercise until 6:30 AM. Then I conduct the inspection of their attire and
grooming to check if it is in proper at about 8:00 AM after the said inspection, we
reported to the OSA OIC-Director Sir Sherwin H. Pinalgan to assist them to their project
“OPLAN SITA” for all the students of this institution. I assigned almost half our team to
guard the gate/entrance of this institution and I also assigned 6 members of our team to
assist the SEC officers to their room to room checking. And about 2:30 in the afternoon,
we proceed to the clisoc field for the friendly competition on bandaging until 4:30 in the
afternoon.

We all went to the clisoc field for our morning exercise for one and a half hour of
stretching and jogging. At exactly 8:30 in the morning of this day, I formed our whole
class infront of the annex building for the inspection and information dissemination. After
the inspection we conducted a photoshoot for our personal data sheet (PDS) and ID
Card. At about 9:45 in the morning, we were assigned at the CCJE office as our
designated post for this day until 12:00PM. And exactly 2:30 in the afternoon we
proceed at the 3rd floor main building (M307) to hear the report of one of our buddy Mr.
Dulnuan until 4:30 PM.

We proceed at the clisoc field at exactly 5:00 in the morning for our daily exercises until
6:30 a.m. and about 8:00 a.m. in this day I commanded them to arrange their formation
and then picked them one by one to take charge and lead the command for the platoon
so that they will experience how it feels and to work as the team leader and also for
them to be aware of the different commands. For the daily assignment, we were
assigned at about 9:45 in the morning at the PLT main gate to assist the school security
guard to check the persons entering the school and in the afternoon at about 2:00 we
perform a Zumba dance in front of the annex building.

At about 5:00 a.m. until 6:30 a.m. we conduct the morning exercises led by Mr. Bandao
and at exactly 8:30 in the morning I conducted the daily inspection and about 9:00 we
went to the RLJ building with two of my buddy to assist the guard on duty Sir Omarchito
Sinqui and in the afternoon the first batch for the neuropsychiatric examination proceed
at the guidance office until 4:00 in the afternoon and the second batch are assigned at
the CCJE office to arrange the documents of the criminology students.

Our whole class went to the clisoc field for the morning exercise before the morning
exercise ended we can back the Zumba dance as our closing activity for the exercise
and about 8:00 in the morning I conduct a daily inspection to every member of our class
and after the said inspection we proceed at the main building to conduct the “Oplan
Sita” directed to us by the OIC-OSA Director Sir Sherwin H. Pinalgan until 9:00 in the
morning. We proceed at the PLT Elementary after the “Oplan Sita” and we are
preparing for the neuro exams. At exactly 2:30 p.m. we proceed at the guidance office
for the neuropsychiatric examination

I led the morning exercise at the clisoc because my buddy who Mr. Bandao is not
around this morning about 8:00 in the morning I conduct the daily inspection and after it,
we proceed at the PLT main building for the bloodletting program of the Philippine Red
Cross (PRC). Some of the members of our team donated blood and other members
assisted in the conduction of the said program. And we did not meet this afternoon
because our intern coordinator said that some of our classmates need to rest after they
donate blood but me and Mr. Veniegas still goes to the CCJE office because we are in-
charge in making our internship ID.

Day # 11 Date: February 3, 2020
We went to the field for our morning exercise at about 5:00 in the morning until 6:30 am.
I arrange the formation of our team in front of the annex building at about 8:30 in the
morning for the daily inspection after it we proceed at the HRM building as a were
assigned post for this day to secure the said place and in the afternoon at about 2:30
pm we went to clisoc field for the practice for teacher cheering with the class of Ms.
Binoloc a first-year criminology student.

At about 5 am of this day and as usual, we went to the place of fear for our morning
exercise for 1 and a half hour and I conduct the inspection at exactly 8:30 in the
morning and after it, we divided the whole team into 3 groups to be assigned at the
entrances of this institution until noon and about 2:30 the afternoon we moved to the
clisoc field to continue the practice for the bleacher cheering until 4:30 in the afternoon.

At about 5:30 in the morning, we started the morning exercise and ended up about 6:30
a.m. and exactly 8:00 in the morning I conducted the daily inspection to all my fellow
criminology intern and after the inspection, I divided the whole team to be deployed at
the PLT Elementary, RLJ building, main gate, annex building and CCJE office until
noon. And about 2:30 pm we are all gathered at the annex building except for the girls
in our class because they did not report.

At exactly 5:00 in the morning of this day the whole team went to the clisoc field for our
daily exercise and i conduct the inspection about 8:00 in the morning and after the
inspection we were deployed at the different entrances of this institution and i was
assigned as the incharge in the checking of table tennis and badminton players for the
PLT intramurals 2020 to be played this day until 12:00 p.m. and about 2:30 in the
afternoon we hear the report of our body dalang about Criminal Law Book 1 until 4:30 in
the afternoon.

At exactly 5:00 in the morning we started in our morning exercise and about 8:30 in the
morning I conduct the inspection and we were deployed at the PLT Elementary, Chols
building, Main building, Annex building, and CCJE office about 9:40 a.m. until 12:00
p.m. And in the afternoon at about 2:30, we were gathered in front of the Annex Building
and we have an order from Sir Galumba our Intern Coordinator that we should all take
charge in commanding the platoon alternately and we were dismissed about 5:00 pm.

At about 5:00 in the morning, we went to the clisoc field for our daily exercise and about
8:00 am we assisted in the distribution of intramural shirts together with the SBO
officers at the criminology faculty office. I spend the day with my duties as the governor
of the criminology SBO and about 2:30 in the afternoon return to the CCJE office to
continue in the distribution of church until 4:30 in the afternoon.

There is no morning exercise today until February 14 at about 7:00 in the morning we
have formed in front of the Saint Dominic cathedral for the inspection and after the
inspection, we guarded in the different gate of the cathedral for the security of the
students for this intramural. after the mass, we were assigned in the different division of
students during the parade to maintain their distances and when we arrived at the clisoc
field my classmates were deployed at the different entrances of the field and me as the
governor I give service to the players of our department and at the same time, I am also
joining in the security as one of the criminology interns.

The second day of the intramurals at about 8:00 in the morning we were directly
assigned at the different entrances of the field for the security of the students and I am
also doing my duties to serve for our players as one of the SBO officers it is difficult for
me but for the sake of our department, I will and I can do it whatever it takes

At exactly 8:00 in the morning we were gathered at the clisoc field for the last day of our
intramurals the whole team was assigned at the benches, gates, and other places in the
field. Some of our classmates joined in the different events of the intramurals
particularly in the running events. all of the activities were successful and the place is
safely secured and at the end of the day the criminology part department was
recognized as the overall champion for the intramurals 2020.

About 5:00 in the morning we started the morning exercise it is a little bit difficult for us
because we are already performing the proper execution of our exercise in which it
good repetitions per kind of army dozen exercise and it will also serve as our
preparation for the physical agility test and about 9:00 in the morning all of us goes to a
room to room inspection at the PLT main building 3rd floor to inspect the proper
grooming and attire of every criminology student and exactly 9:30 a.m. we were
deployed at the RLJ building as our assigned post for this day until noon at exactly 2:30
in the afternoon we conduct the radio transmission test until 4:30 in the afternoon.

About 5:00 in the morning we proceed at the field for the morning exercises as
preparation for the physical agility test and the activity ended up about 6:30 in the
morning at exactly 8:00 a.m. I conducted the daily inspection for all the criminology
interns and after the said inspection we proceed at the 3rd floor for the room to room
inspection and there are few students who are not in their proper attire so their id was
confiscated about 9:30 a.m. until 12:00 noon we posted at the main gates as our
assigned duty.

About 5:00 in the morning we were gathered at the clisoc field for our morning exercise I
was in charge in the checking of attendance of our team today because our intern
coordinator went to Palawan and we were mandated to report so I conduct the
inspection and we proceed to our assign place for our duty from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
and 2:30 p.m. until 4:30 in the afternoon.

About 5:00 to 6:30 in the morning we conduct the daily exercise at the classic field and
about 8:00 a.m. we posted at our assigned duties until 12:00 pm and we will return to
continue our duty at 2:30 p.m. and it will end about 5:00 in the afternoon.

About 5:00 to 6:30 in the morning of this day we went to the clisoc field for our daily
exercises and about 8:00 in the morning we directly go at the PLT elementary to assist
the guard on duty to ensure the security of the children and it ends up about 12:00 pm
and we return at exactly 2:30 in the afternoon to resume our duty until 4:30 p.m.

At exactly 5:00 in the morning, we started in our daily exercise until 6:30 am and about
8 am we directly moved to the PLT main building as our assigned duty for this day until
12:00 pm and in the afternoon we will return to the main building to continue our duty
until 4:30 in the afternoon.

About 5:00 in the morning we went to the clisoc field for our daily exercise led by my
classmate Mr. Bandao. At exactly 8:00 am I assigned Mr. Ferrer to conduct the daily
inspection and after the said inspection I directly move at the PLT mini gym to assist the
participants for the Artyfeb and about 9:30 I posted at the PLT main gate to inspect all
who is entering the premise and we returned about 2:30 to continue our duty until 4:30.

Day # 27 Date: March 2, 2020
About 5:00 in the morning we went to the clisoc field for our daily exercise About 7:00 in
the morning we were gathered in front of the annex building for the ceremony before we
can put our patches and lanyard about 9:00 we were deployed at the BFP Bayombong
fire station and we were oriented immediately by SFO4 Sarmiento and we were
dismissed about 12:00 pm and we returned at exactly 1:00 pm and we were here a
discussion from FO3 Tomas until 3:00 pm and we were also interviewed one by one by
SFO1 Mangili and FO2 Sapino regarding our plans when we pass the board exam and
our reasons why we choose such work. We also conduct the roving about 4:45 in the
afternoon with FO1 Taguinod and FO2 Sapino. We used the fire truck to disseminate
info by means of the speaker installed in it and we moved to the provincial road all the
way to national road returning to the fire station about 5:45 in the afternoon

About 5:00 in the morning we went to the clisoc field for our daily exercise At exactly
7:50 am we were gathered at the BFP fire station after the morning exercise at about
5:00 in the morning until 6:30 am. About 8:00 in the morning we report to SFO4
Sarmiento and after the report, I went at District IV and then the Tindaan’s boarding
house at barangay salvacion with FO1 Algura until 9:00 am and we were dismissed
about 12:00 pm for our lunch break and about 1:00 in the afternoon we were taught by
FO3 Tomas on matters about radio communication until 5:00 in the afternoon.

About 5:00 in the morning we went to the case of failed for our daily exercise and
exactly 8:00 in the morning we report to Tomas and we proceed to the rooftop for our
practice on different types of rank inspection and different commands on facing until 12
pm and we returned to the BFP station about 1:00 p.m. and we go to barangay shot for
the seminar on fire prevention I am with my classmate Veniegas and FO2 Sapino and
FO1 Bag-oy we returned at the BFP station at about 4:00 pm and we join in the
cleaning the surroundings of the station as our daily routine.

About 7:30 in the morning we went to the BFP station for our attendance and we went
to the clisoc field at 8:00 am for flushing the ground with water because Senator Bong
Go will arrive for the summit held at Barangay Bagahabag, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya at
about 9:30 am we went to the Malabing Multipurpose Hall located at Barangay
Bagahabag with FO2 Sapino and FO1 Taguinod we were also accompanied by the
Solano BFP personals at the said summit and about 2:00 in the afternoon we refill the
reserve water of the fire truck at regidor street barangay DMM Bayombong, Nueva
Vizcaya and then we return to the fire station after filling.

About 5:00 until 6:30 in the morning we went to the clisoc field for our daily exercise and
we report to the bfp station at exactly 6:30 am for the preparation for the Fire Prevention
Month parade and about 7:00 we proceed at the municipal hall of Bayombong to start
the program and about 9:00 we already start with the parade and route as follows
Sta.rosa, Bonfal proper, DWRV, La Torre North, DMM, NVGCHS, Vista Alegre and
Salvacion. And about 1:00 I accompanied FO3 Tomas on inspecting at Golden Shine
commercial located at the National road and exactly 2:00 pm I also accompanied SFO1
Manghi on inspecting a commercial and residential building located at Barangay District
IV, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.

At about 7:30 in the morning we were gathered at the BFP Bayombong Fire Station for
our actual firefighting exercise at exactly 8:30 we proceed at the Bayombong Central
Elementary School ground as our venue for the demonstration on fire fighting. We
familiarize the different materials to be used in a fire fighting activity and after suiting the
fire garments that they call as "donning" and removing of the suit as "doffing" we
proceed with the hose carrying and hose throwing and in the afternoon about 1:30 pm
we started in the firefighting tutorial until 5:00 p.m. and we clean the materials that we
use for this day.

About 5:00 in the morning we went to the field for our morning exercise and at exactly
7:30 am we went in front of the municipal hall of Bayombong for the flag ceremony that
is conducted every Monday and after the flag ceremony we go back to the bfp station to
clean the building and after cleaning we standby for further instruction about 1:00 in the
afternoon we go back to the BFP station for our lecture on first aid and CPR discussed
by FO1 Bautista and we were dismissed at exactly 5 pm.

At exactly 5:00 am we start with our morning exercise and about 6:30 am we went
home for our preparation at about 8:00 am. We report at the BFP fire station and wait
for instruction until noon we returned at exactly 1:00 pm for our bandaging and lecture
on the basics of rescue operations at about 3:00 pm and suddenly there was an alarm
from the office admin that there was a fire incident transpired at Ambaguio Nueva
Vizcaya, the said fire was a mountain/grass fire and it was suppressed by the BFP
officers. We leave the station at about 5:00 pm.

We went to the clisoc field for our daily exercise at about 5:00 in the morning at exactly
8:00 we reported to the BFP station and wait for instructions from the officers until 12:00
pm. We go back to the station at exactly 1:00 pm and about 2:00 pm we went at the
JARS Elementary School for the earthquake drill conducted by FO2 Garingan and FO1
Blaquera and after the inspection and said activity return to the BFP station and wait for
other instructions we leave the fire station at exactly 5:00 pm after we clean the
premise.

We start the day with our daily exercise at about 5 am and around 6:30 am we go back
home to prepare for our duty. At exactly 8:00 am we arranged the ground floor of the
BFP station because there is a seminar/symposium regarding fire prevention and
suppression to be conducted by the said station and their visitors are the kinder and
elementary pupils from United Methodist Christian School I volunteered in wearing the
PPE (fire suit) and the SCBA (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus) as the example of
the lecturers FO2 Crisostomo and FO1 Lumauig i also assist the kids in trying to blow a
water using the fire truck. At about 1:00 pm we returned to the station and wait for
instructions and about 4:00 pm we clean the premise and we go home at exactly 5:00
pm.

suppression to be conducted by the said station and their visitors are the kinder and
elementary pupils from PLTCI Elementary. I assigned Mr. Samayo to wear the PPE (fire
suit) and the SCBA (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus) as the example of the
lecturers FO2 Crisostomo and FO1 Lumauig, he also assist the kids in trying to blow a
water using the fire truck. At about 1:00 pm we returned to the station and wait for
instructions and about 4:00 pm we clean the premise and we go home at exactly 5:00
pm.
