Maintenance is variably conducted. The conducting procedures such as full deep system scan
using anti-virus and anti-malware software are done every Sunday, quick system scan is done
every day, and disk defragmentation are done once a week.

All computer terminals are password protected that could be only be accessed by authorized
personnel. All back up files were encrypted then stored to a hardware partition.
