AFFIDAVIT OF LOT OWNER’S CONSENT

I, CESAR CULI, JR. of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of Bacong, Negros Oriental, after having
been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

That I am the Attorney-In-Fact of Rodulfo Galera who currently resides in California, USA;

That Rodulfo Galera owns a parcel of land covered by Certificate of Title No. _________, Cadastral
Lot No. ___________ located in Candau-ay, Dumaguete City;

That Elise Veronna V. Lado of No. 6 Ben Lu Subdivision, Batinguel, Dumaguete City had built a house
in the said lot since 2015;

That I have no objections and am giving my full consent to such improvement in the lot in behalf of
Rodulfo Galera;

  That I am executing this affidavit to declare the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal
purpose it may serve.
