ABSOLUTE TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

I, ADOLFO D. DIOQUINO, Filipino, of legal age, widow, with residence and postal address at
Brgy. Balete, Bacon District, Sorsogon City, after having been first duly sworn to in accordance
with law, do hereby depose and say:

That I am the lawful claimant of the parcel of land being the only living heir, particularly,
described as follows:

”A parcel of land designated as Lot No. 1701, containing an area of

Three Thousand One Hundred Twenty Three Square Meters more or less, bounded
on the North by Lot No. 1703, on the East by Lot Nos. 1700 and 1695 and on the
South by Lot No. 1695 and on the West by Lot No. 1702. Coconuts are the main
improvements found thereon.”
That I hereby waived all my rights, claims, and interests as lawful claimant of the
above-described parcel of land including all improvements found unto and in favor of EISSEN
JOSEPH SERGIO SIY, Filipino citizen, of legal age, married and a resident of Brgy. Piot,
Sorsogon City.

That I hereby warrant the peaceful possession of the transferee and that there are no
other existing claimants or occupants thereof and the same is free from all liens and
encumbrances;

That this transfer of rights is subject to all the warranties provided by law for the
protection of the transferee and I further warrant to defend the rights of the transferee from claims
of other persons.
