AFFIDAVIT OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT

I, AGUSTIN DE LA PUERTA DOCTOLERO, after first being sworn to in

accordance with law, depose and say, that:

I am of legal age, Filipino, married and resident of Blk. 69 Lot 3 Brgy. San Rafael
IV, San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan;

I am the only son of the late Letecia D. Doctolero who died intestate on July 20,
2019 in Dumangas, Iloilo, leaving the following described properties:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE

The said decedent left no debts, neither has she left any ascendants or descendants,
or any other heirs, except the herein affiant as her only son.

The place of residence of the said decedent at the time of her death was in
Dumangas, Iloilo;

WHEREFORE, and invoking the provisions of Rule 74, Section 1, of the Rules
of Court, I do hereby adjudicate unto myself as the sole and only heir the entire estate
hereinabove described, subject only to the liabilities to creditors, heirs, and other persons
who might have been deprived of their lawful participation in the estate, for a period of
two years, in accordance with Rule 74, Section 4, of the Rules of Court.
