PROMISSORY NOTE

For value received, I severally, promise to pay MARY GRACE C. CAJILO

or order the accumulated sum of seventeen thousand pesos (P17,000)
Philippine Currency payable within _______________, the maker severally waive
presentment for payment, protest, notice of protest, and notice of non-payment
of this note.

In the unlikely event of litigation, venue is fixed at the appropriate court in

Iloilo City and said maker is additionally liable for 20% attorney’s fees of the total
amount due and the costs of the suit.
